The hotel and the rooms are clean. Free wifi is provided.

In one of the rooms (#2118), the toilet door was slightly broken. The tv has only one channel (but it wasn't a big issue for us since wifi is available).

1) should have guidance for kiosk but staff was super helpful2) only one tv channel. maybe can upgrade to smart tv or add more channel next time3) can put sign for housecleaning/eco cleaning (give extra plastic to change new plastic dustbin dll)

Gave us the room they didnt clean yet. And EVEN ASKED US TO GO DOWN AND TAKE THE KEYS AGAIN

It is cheap as cheap can be. If you need to sleep, nothing else, this will do.

The walkway is too cramped (too narrow) even for 2 to walk side by side... imagine the problem when you are walking with luggage on both hands, terrible! Amenities (food joint, sundry shop...) are relatively non-existant. Get them before you reach the hotel if you plan to just rest and not willing to go out again...

The affordable price, helpful staff, functional facilities and decent room.

The parking area is limited, dirty and dark.

The hotel has a pretty basic needful setup with all the facilities provided. Only the TV channels are limited. But had a great rest. Thank you for the good hospitality. Would love to come back in the future. Helpful front desk and technician.

The staff were very friendly, the place was close to main attractions via private transport. It was nice to have a bottle dispenser where we could have filtered cold and hot water

There was a strange smell in the hallway of our floor and room and there was blood on the bed sheets (probably period blood) who were poorly washed along with the covers

1. The room was so small but ok lah for 1 night only to sleep2. Not clean.. got taik cicak everywhere..euuww... The pillowcase and blanket was so smelly,looks like they're not wash it. The floor also slippery.3. Only got 1 lift at the lobby. I stayed at the end of the other side of the room, what if something happen like fire??... No backup exit ?

- room is clean- staff is friendly- got hot and cold water dispenser at the corridor- have a lift, its nice!!

- location not easy access from pekan kuala selangor

i like the room and the space is enough for may family, the staff also very good and very keen to answer for my concern since i dont have enough money to take larger room and still can bring my children rm54 is reasonable price for me i will come and stay again in future, inside the room also provided tissues glass jug is really helpful and have iron and water dispenser also, just parking space i have problem because is full park i need to park outside

parking space limited maybe can paint the building put same music on because is too lonely in the beginning i thought already closed because seem like old budding but when go inside good can put pantry and anything emergency like medicine / first aids, basic food like bread, chocolate , same keropok air tin and air kotak probably nearest front desk

1. The location of the hotel is strategic, near to sky mirror jetty, nearby got many Chinese restaurants.2. Water dispenser with hot and cold water is provided by the hotel.3. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

1. No hair dryer, toiletries items can be provided, it's inconvenient especially for ladies.2. The door of the toilet was broken, totally cannot close tight, complaint was made but still cannot fixed it until we checked out.
