Breakfast is very basic. No iron was provided in the rooms

A great weekend getaway place with a reasonably good golf course, waterpark, Thai restaurant nearby. Location is good with fun facilities/adventure parks very closeby.

Wonder Park with house tree need to pay for entry.. And it is expensive tickets price RM26,.. (I think RM5 IS enough for public and free for guest of resort is reasonable )

Breakfast was great with many choices.

facilities:I booked 3 rooms. My room TV was not functioning, informed the service counter 3 times even went down to inform them, until I checked out TV was still not connected. 2nd & 3rd room got cobweb. Bathroom doors not functioning well. Worst still, when we went to the waterpark, we came back with blue stain on our hands & feet , coming from all the pool floor at the waterpark

Staff is very nice. Buffet spread was good too.

Toilet is not very clean

No one at reception to direct us from clubhouse for check in. Very deserted. Only 3 rooms booked in whole hotel. No buffet breakfast, it has a few ala carte choices. Pool was closed.

Excellent and polite staff. Good breakfast. Big parking area.

My foot hit a broken tile in the pool. Gave it to the pool towel guy. The room with the 2 single beds was too small and had no cipboard or mirror, the basics. Nothing to watch on the tv.

They offer a good buffet-style breakfast and provide a variety of outdoor activities. The kids really enjoyed it.

I booked three rooms, but the cleanliness in my room is terrible. We found cigarette smoke lingering in the bathroom near the window. The toilet bowl cover screws are very loose, the wall paint is cracked, and the outdoor balcony door is covered in dust.In my brother-in-law’s room, there were no coffee or tea packs provided. He had to call the staff to bring them to the room

Staff, facilities, cleanliness was great. Thai restaurant is AWESOME.

The rooms are big, spacious, comfortable & clean. A lot of activities for guest.

The activities only up to 6pm and pool until 7pm. It should be open at least until 7.30pm / until sunset and pool should have longer hours. Not enough time to enjoy the activities offered since we stayed for only 1 night. Food for breakfast not very tasty. The breakfast was better when my family stayed there previously.

secluded and privacy, not so far from city centre. has kitchenette in room but empty, need to bring ur own plate & cutlery just like other hotels breakfast is nice & widespreadmany choices of activities (survival park, atv, go kart, flying fox, golf, boat, animal island, kayak) but requires additional fees (discount voucher for inhouse guest).survival park is worth of ur time, my sedentary children spend nearly three hours inside here and enjoying their outdoor activities. riverine water park just nearby, shuttle available or can just walk its walking distance. nice not crowded. its closed at 6pm during public holiday.

riverine hotel & golf resort is a different building, the good thing is hotel provide shuttle.not much facilities in the riverine hotel (swimming pool & games room only). snooker, karaoke & spa are in the gold resort. Hassle to travel just for spa which is in the gold resort not in the hotel since crowded during CNY (many waiting for shuttle).otherwise staff is friendly and able to resolve problem of leakage from our bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night. not many restaurant nearby need to travel out of pulau carey.

Everythings was fine.

At 1:30 AM, while we were fast asleep, our doorbell suddenly rang. It was the maintenance staff, saying they had received a call from our room—820—reporting a broken TV. But the strange part? We never made that call. Spooky, right? Despite the eerie moment, we didn’t experience anything unusual during our stay.Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Amenities not good. Chair broken lucky mother didnot fall. Shampoo broken. Toilet very dark.Theme park feet all blue colour bcoz of the floor paint ???!!!

What a great place for us. For us, it's a one-stop center - hotels, games, food, water park and even groceries shopping. Just get your money ready :)

Several times our door card had problems. Fortunately the staff was very kind and provided good service. They gave us a new card again. But then it was problematic too..hihi

Nice big rooms in purpose built resort. It was quiet when we went. The water park was clean and safe.

The place is on it’s own so you need to either buy into the facilities there or travel out to Klang. The food in the waterpark was poor and expensive.

Location is away from bustling town. Overlooking golf course. Animal island and water theme park among the attraction but quite pricy. Swimming pool and breakfasts was good .

Stayed in a two bedroom unit was comfortable but wifi was very slow. Less than 5mbps most of the time. Fridge was smelly as there was left over food kept in it not cleared away.

The breakfast selection was decent. The hot station for eggs was very popular. The housekeeping crew were very efficient. The next-door location to the Riverine Splash was the biggest selling point. The children enjoyed playing at the arcade downstairs.

The soups in the breakfast selection on both days we were there were cold, though.Both suites we booked smelled musty & damp when we first entered, and the floor of one of the bathrooms was waterlogged due to blocked drains. Housekeeping handled that quite quickly once informed, though.I was told the security deposit on hold on my credit card would be cancelled upon check-out, and I even reconfirmed this with the staff during check-out. Instead, I find my credit card was charged with it anyway and am now waiting for it to be reversed. We also did not know that tickets for Riverine Splash for hotel guests would always be made available and at a significant discount - I had bought the tickets in advance because there was apparently a max no of tickets available per day and for a big group, that adds up. I was informed of this in during check-in.There was no suitable place to hang wet swimwear besides a small towel railing in the master bathroom - not a very good thing when the main attraction nearby is water-related. Adding a portable or fixed railing on the balcony or bathroom would be very useful for guests.

Clean and spacious. One stop resort for family activities.

Too many flies at the restaurant area. Operating hour of Entertainment facility at the club could be prolonged.

The room size is good for 4 person, the view from the room is spectacular.

The toilet is too dark, the room floor is so dusty and the corridor light not turn on during night time.The TV remote control not functioning.The hotel buffet breakfast was horrible due to too many fly which surround the food.

play room few machine broke down, breakfast was average, this is my son birthday but sadly the famous restaurant thai is closed, and we have no where to go if this is informed early then we would not come here
