i check in late evening. Bath towel not provided/available because house keeping went home already. Room small, bedsheet & pillow case yellowish, smells, broken windows, broken safety door lock, no hot water. The worse is faulty aircond, warm air. i tolerated on the 1st night coz it.was late. The next day i complaint & request to change room. The staff came, wash the aircond filter & insisted it was fine. I argued but he ignored me & left. I supposed to stay 4 nights but I left after the 2nd night. Terrible hotel. Don't stay there.

Somebody try to get into my room with the e-card at around 10 pm on my first day, but she was shocked that I’m in the room. I was shocked too because where did she get the e card keys. Management please be proactive about this.. Maybe one of your staff try to have a free stay. Please make sure that the main entrance locked after 12 am... I found out it is wide open the whole night until morning although there is a person during the night... But he is soundly asleep on the sofa at the loby. Safety first Guys.

The room safety door lock was broken...The switch for lights was broken...Rain shower was loose...
only the reception was friendly easy check in
the bed was hardthe air conditioner cant change temperature the cleaner is make noise quarreling early in the morningthe toilet sink bowl crackedthe toilet glass is so dirtythere was a noise doors slammed at the mid night so many time i couldn’t sleep no lift to go upstairs
