Pool need to be properly maintained and some of the pool parts were broken. There are trees by the poolside and during hot day, guests tend to sit under the tree's shade while watching their kids at the pool. So, I suggest a caution signage should be there so guest can be wary about falling branches especially during windy days.

i do love th environment, it quite far from city so that we can experience the nature feeling. quite far but not too far just nice location. The pool was decent, the breakfast was nice variable choice and delicious! i love their omelette so nice.

nothing much but the price for ATV ride, Bicycle is quite expensive. RM 45 for 20 minutes. make us think more. The monkey is too many but its okay its just nature.

Nothing special, maybe this place is more for historical value.

Walking distance to the room is very far. No service carrying luggage and showing the room location.

The resort seemed less prepared for serving evening meals (it was open but very quiet), but in the end we decided to eat elsewhere. It was rather confusing regarding where to park (we had to move our car twice), although there was plenty of space.

Bungalow, pool, nature

Too small, extra bed for kid was mattress in the floor. Pool is more for decoration than actual swimming. Food in the restaurant was among the least tasty we had in Malaysia.

Lovely , well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Clean bungalows.

Some of the meals were disappointing.

The place is good for birding.

30 MYR per night for a bed for my kid direct on the floor.The place is a 4 star but really not.No water at the breakfast.No water in the shower.

Staffs’ services especially ones at the counter

The surrounding quite dark and quiet during rainy days. Also we found sand on the bed, under the blanket

IWorst Experience. The so called villa is super basic and doesn't deserve to be called a villa. Paid over 500 for a lousy hotel and was cheated about the pool view which they admitted there was a discrepancy!

The hotel offers a decent breakfast and a variety of games to keep guests entertained throughout their stay.

It's a chalet, and I wasn’t fully aware of that—my mistake. The room was equipped for four guests, but the master bed was positioned quite close to the toilet, which wasn’t ideal. The pool is more suited for kids rather than adults looking to swim.

Just the staff..friendly..

The breakfast..pay RM40 per pax not value at all. Come at 8.30am but food like almost finish.They serve very limited food..not worth at all. Hope to have at least some traditional kuih.but they only serve nasi lemak,keuytaw goreng,omelette,lontong..even ayam goreng topup little by little..and for pastry just roti bakar n weird red puding..

I liked the breakfast.

The water heater in my room was not working. And the internet in my other room had very poor connection.

The serene surrounding and a nice place to relax with family.

The rooms are a bit small

It's nice to see that De Palma, under new management (now under "The Blanket" Hotel Group) has been upgraded somewhat. The Junior Suite that we booked had newly updated toilet and shower, which was nice and the air-conditioning works well. The furnitures, unfortunately, were still the old ones but at least they weren't too bad.Although we came during the busy school holidays, ther were still a few spots available in the parking lot. The staffs were courteous, there's even a bugyy service to send you to the rooms.

The Junior suite was a little bit small for three people and not enough places to hang clothes and other stuffs.

A fantastic place to stay for exploring the town and enjoying the hotel's wide range of activities. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the generous breakfast buffet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, providing helpful guidance to ensure we made the most of our visit, including tips on Kuala Selangor's attractions.

Parking area can be limited especially when there is big event happening during your stay.

Very cosey and comfortable units. Great breakfast, wifi and beds. Close proximity of Selangor river and fireflies.

Big resort with parking upfront. Long way to carry the luggage.
