near the petrol station, mosque and there's a lot of restaurant nearby.

windows was broken. there are cockroaches. no shampoo/bath gel (only given when you requested). no hair dryer as prescribed ( hotel only have one hair dryer and need to share with other customers). toilet was dirty

There is a cigaratte smell and toilet smell in the room. Eventhough I’m changing the room, still there is a smell. The concern is because I have a baby staying with me. I’m still waiting for feedback regarding my refund.

Surprisingly despite the room being above the restaurant, I didn't hear any noise. The air conditioner is working properly. The TV sometimes has a blue screen, but it's still okay as it's only a few seconds while the sound system is clear. The bed is comfy also.

There were a few women's hair on the bed sheet, at the shower drainage too. The shower temperature cannot be adjusted, it's broken, and the water is too slow. Plus, the bathroom is smelly. One of the wall outlets was not working. No tissue *sigh*

It was good. This is my 2nd time staying here. Just for 1 night stay tho & it's close with uitm puncak alam.

The good size room and the staff on arrival is friendly and helpful.

The AC don't seems to work properly. At 16 degree still not cold. We didn't get a good sleep.

Room is small, no tissue, a bit noisy during night time since the restaurant opened 24hr at the ground floor.Cockroach in the room!!!

Room was cozy & good. Worth the price.

The floor in the bathroom is slippery.No place to hang towels.

The environment at the back of the hotel is tooooooo noisy. As i choose deluxe room, the room is placed at the back area. I can hear all the workers voice from the mamak just below the room window make me cant sleep because they are too noisy the whole night until morning.

staff very friendly. the location very good. got mamak downstairs. very near to bank and others shop too. price reasonable.

i book room with view, but the view i get only others shoplot backside view. But its ok, not a big problem pon. Cuma sometimes got goreng2 smell from air vent inside the bathroom. Maybe they share same air vent from mamak downstairs.

i love how the staff is friendly and always nice to us when we're asking him. We gave him a tip for helping us!
