My room have a broken window where there is the wind enter the room. The window cannot be moved. Its been stuck huhu

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.Loved our stay,Our thanks for a great stay.

The Room was okay , toilet Clean and look New but there was many baby cockroach inside the Room . The Room with View Extra charge for Rm10 and actually block by signboard. The blankets provided was so thin as paper . IT was too cold the next day we request Extra blankets and was told to add on charges. But the staff was helpful .

I book room at booking.Com ,after check in staff say this room only for 3 hour, after 3 hour they will charge extra.

Book for whole night but once reach there they infrm only book for 3hours and need to pay more for whole night stay.. booking.com never mention anywhere about this.. its kind of scam

Staff friendly Cold aircond

The reviews wrote in the website is totally in the another way round. The bed got some dust, windows hard to open. Toilet paper is given upon request, not originally at the room. The shower tap head have to take our own.

Really like their entire room design and facilities in room which they also provided nescafe as complimentary. Overall great service by the staff from registration until check out.

There is no mirror in room. Only in bathroom. Smoke smell when enter the corridor to room

There was nk soap or shampoo in the room. Shower pressure was very slow.

Disappointing

Tv channel only 1,2 and 3 sometimes no signal...at the night very noisy

The staffs helped me to decorate the room for my GF birthday celebration in short time of notice without any extra charges (FOC).

There is no special parking allocated for the hotel guests. Parking is a huge problem during weekdays especially peak hours (not sure how on weekends). The whole floor got kids running around, screaming & shouting noises. Rooms don't have portable table to sit & eat our meals comfortably. The hotel don't even have a fridge. The towels provided are smelly. Staffs are less friendly & not attentive to customers. Please improve your customer service skills. Please allocate some parking spots for your customers.
