Premiere Hotel - Complimentary Shuttle to Klang Wholesale Market

Management not cooperative. I had some urgent work and had to left the country after 1 night. I shown them my ticket also, but yet they charge me full 4 nights. This is not fair.

I chose this hotel because I've stayed there before and thought it was a pretty reasonable price. The hotel itself is good, clean, spacious, it even has a nice pool and a bar next to it. The restaurant in the hotel is so so, but it is clean.

This is not a touristic area, and there aren't a lot of places you can walk to for lunch or dinner like Melaka. The transportation from and to the airport is through a 3rd party bus, about 1.5 hours apart. I chose to get a taxi. 80 to and 140 from hotel.

Their staffs know not only clean up the room but also fold the customers clothes at the same time. That's quite Good for me

breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Hotel and room is abit old and under-maintained. Hallway and room got some old hotel smell. Only 2 bath towers were provided, no other tower.feels like 3 star instead of 4 star. A bit overpriced for the overall experience.

Nothing is interested in this hotel. We will not book this hotel anymore.

Poor reception staff service and unable to print invoice for business expense. The breakfast foods are mostly cool down, not heating, the fruits are surronding with small insects and not tasty.

Good approach by the staff upon arrival. Clean and cosy room. Large swimming pool. Breakfast spread also delicious. Very recommended.

Towels for using at pool need to be picked up/returned at lobby which is different level with swimming pool

The room meets our expectations and the service was also acceptable.

I was hurt upon entering the room due to the door stopper wasn't fixed properly on the floor and the sharp screws penetrated my right foot palm. I was bleeding and the hotel staff came to assist with first aid. This kind of accidents can be avoided if the safety and facilities team perform proper maintenance to items which can pose hazards.

I like that the hotel has a complete service that all international hotels have. And the staff is great especially Puvan from front desk. Puvan is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I wish the e-news shop opens 24 hours or close later like 1-2am

Breakfast area is open concept which is good but it seems the exhaust system is poor resulting in the cooking smell sticking to our clothes and even reached at the lobby area.

I hurt my hand accidentally during showering in the bathroom as there is wall tiles corner in the bathroom.

Breakfast very poor selection of food . No top ups if less busy .

Shuffle bus needs to be booked ??? Must educate customers on arrival of this is the case

Nice Hotel, good location and comfortable. All we needed was there.. ironing, car park, restaurant and cafe at the Hotel itself. Nice view, fresh feeling, and nice interior design. 5 Stars!

The location is good, overall the rooms are clean and connected room too

So far no… for a hotel at such locations is considered very well maintained

Near to the place I needed to go to daily.

Not responsive. Calls to the front office or housekeeping are not always answered. Air con was leaking. Air con fan speed could not be controlled. Breakfast/tea could be better.

Location is easy to find. Just next to the main road. Check in was easy n fast. The indian lady receptionist is very good. She helps me with early check in as the room were not ready at 2.30pm. Aircond is cold and bed is comfy. Will sure recommend to friends n family. Free parking for guest! P. S - Love the smell of lemongrass all over the hotel

The room was clean and tidy but I wish the staff would inform me earlier that I was getting twin single bed room instead of one queen bed room before my check-in.

The water pressure for the shower is very low and slow. I took my bath while standing near to the wall.

It’s horrible! 4 star hotel?? Nope, not more than 2 star. Except the lavish entrance , everything else is worse. No ac in the walk way & room, went into a smelly room & dirty carpet. Have to manually turn in the ac after enter the room. Not coming back .

The restaurant was still open when I arrived bcs it was quite late in the evening when I did. I was feeling really tired and hungry. The surrounding area in the restaurant was nice, the food was quite good and the staff were helpful.

I didn't know there's some renovation work being done outside the hotel. It did pose some unpleasant experience to me at the beginning. Only on the outside that was giving the not so welcoming look but once inside, I felt fine.
