The staff and hotels are nice but there is no lift if u come with kids or pregnancy can not be fit to go upstairs according to the stairs is very high..need to be careful go up and down.

The room size and cleanliness

The housekeeping team closes the door very hard they doing housekeeping to other rooms. Suggest to have door stopper while doing housekeeping
