Only the location was good, just 1 min opposite walk to Tanjung Pandan beach.Overall service of the hotel was poor.WiFi was very weak specially in the room. Deluxe room was mentioned sea view but it was fully interrupted by trees, no sea view.Twin room was mentioned in the booking time with sea view but at the reception said, no twin room has sea view option.We took deluxe double room, the room size was good but wash room door was slightly broken. At breakfast time, the live food section cook was not available for 10 mins or so, we had to notify them multiple times to appear.Breakfast menu was very limited & inadequate.Overall air condition of the hotel was not good at all, specially at the lobby.Room A/C was not cooling adequately.One of our room A/C was leaking with water, had to call mechanic to fix.Swimming pool area service was worst, we had to wait & notify 4/5 times to get few towels.

The location is very good, close to the beach, busy center and eating areas but it's quite. Complete and varied breakfast, comfortable rooms with smooth warm water. I will return to this hotel again.

Quite hotel and near everywhere. Good food after fasting.

Curtains is damage should be replaced as soon as possible. Bathroom walls sometime is sleepery, probably never wash.

The staff were excellent, it was clean, plenty of choice at breakfast, internet wasn't great, but all in all enjoyed my stay

Breakfast was very simple. the food was salty because no one closed the food container.

The swimming pool. The staff are very friendly. If there was someting wrong, it was immediatly solved.

Location, the beach is dirty, not suitable for swimming.

The bed on the upgraded room after one hour trying to cancel my booking due allocated room was smelly, untidy, without working TV, was nice and comfortable.

Having to fight for a decent room for one hour. Your website states 4star hotel, so please give me the chance to provide photos of the room I was given.Booking add shows sea views, swimming pool views …. None of that was correct

Wifi sometimes not stable. But ok.

The staff always were ultra respectful and friendly. Was asked many times if there was anything more they could do to make my stay better. I asked if they could provide butter for for breakfast, then every morning for the rest of the stay a knob of butter was brought to my breakfast table without prompting. A small thing in itself but a perfect example of the attention to detail the staff portrayed.

Front office staff 5 stars - they performed admirably. Swimming pool, reception/lobby area, restaurant all worthy of 4 stars. Bedroom more like 3 stars. Bathroom more like 2 stars.

I totally understand that hotels get their stars according to the facilities they offer. E.g. hairdryer or safety box or not. But that's not how guests think, is it? E.g. if the bathmat is yellowed, I don't notice the hairdryer. Etc. Poorly ventilated bathrooms are a disaster.

Breakfast was sometimes very good. AC and hot water usually worked. Nice big swimming pool.

Stains on sheets and towels which really shouldn't be an issue at a "four star" hotel. Reception hung up on me when I called and asked them a question in English.

Our 3 rooms at 3rd floor had no good view,blocked by roof.When asking for other rooms at higher floor,one of the front desk staffs said that rooms with good view at higher floor are dedicated for repeating customers. What a response !

Everything was ok. Receptionists were very helpful. It was quiet. We had big room with very comfortable bed. Wifi was very strong even on 3rd floor. Possible to fill full bath with hot water. Located on strategic place.

Windows in the room are not possible to open so we had to breathe AC air that we are not used to. Breakfast buffet was mostly indo food, strange to have for example fish for breakfast.
