Convenient location. Furniture is old with stains on upholstery. Otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Room was very large and spacious.

It's just next to night market, plenty of food. although it is a busy and narrow street, able to park my car there. Room is cleaning

Breakfast starts at 7:30 only. Would be nicer if breakfast can start earlier

Very friendly staff, good clean room, breakfast was prepared for us in the morning, the location was perfect, close to the night market.

The hotel’s check in policy (not before 15:00) is somewhat inconvenient but the staff was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage and watch it for us.

The rooms were very comfortable and elegant. Everything was new and has a very clean look. Didn't opt for the breakfast option, but regretted it (see next para).

Not much options for breakfast around the area. Most things open after 10/11am. Consider getting breakfast in the hotel or buy the night before.

The room is big, clean, simple and nice, have a small cosmetic table and everything you need.

Room was very big and particularly the toilet was very clean (there is a wet and dry area). The bed and pillows are quite comfortable to sleep on and were not too hard. The room also comes with a bar fridge. Both check in and out processes are also very smooth and efficient. The hotel is also located at a very centralised location, which is also less than 5min walk from Wenhua Night Market. Overall value for money!

Hotel was very close to the Wen Hua Night market. Clean and decent hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Very central location. Parked bikes in the basement.

Had to wait to 4pm to check in.

Received quick responses from staff via message from booking.com! We left our stuff at the property after checking out; they found it and saved for us!

Danger ! Unsafe facilities

The glass shower was jammed and broke when I tried to exit the shower. The guy at the reception says this happens quite often. I'm very lucky I did not get injured. I think this hotel has severe health hazards, and they didn't even apologize or refund.

Near night market and food

Quite a walk to train station so if you have many luggages taxi might be a good option.

The location is excellent. It is very near to the night market of good food. The room is of very good size and very clean

Good location

The evening male staff was not helpful and friendly. They want to charge guest to have extra towel. I reported the toilet having water flowing issue and all he replied was this was the design, yesterday other guest did not have this issue and this morning they checked and no problem. They just didn’t give any attention to what you reported. This really destroy the service.

Room was big and comfortable. Love the place. Location is good, very near to Wen Hua night market.

The room was clean and very well designed. Bathroom is good size, and lots of table top space. Wardrobe space is enough for 2 of us. The location is only a short walk to night market and trendy shops.

The furniture is worn down, due to poor quality materials.
