This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel, it seems to lost its shine.
I don't like the titime bed, it is extremely hard and still and umcomfortable. The two bed rooms seems to be v small

Horrible bed as it was so hard like the floor. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee was pretty bad as no fresh milk.
A truly lovely property! The lobby, the room, everything was perfect: clean, modern, comfortable. The staff were especially helpful with recommendations and storing my bicycle in a secure room off the lobby. The soaking tub was a marvel and much appreciated after my long ride! There is a convenience store just around the corner and a local eatery "Turkey Rice" which was a great spot for a quick dinner or takeout.
Private hot spring although a bit smaller than I expected. Friendly and helpful staff. Vibe & deco are great.

We loved the tub in the room.
It is overpriced for what you get. No breakfast included. The swimmingpool is only opened a few hours. There is only tea in the room and no Coffee.

The condition of the bathroom is not really good (as you can see in pics), for me, not useable, I can't afford a hotel of this level and have mold and moisture stains like this, it is sickly and unhealthy. The other problem is a bit absurd, I can't see at your webpage that to use the pool is mandatory to have a swimming cap. I have never seen in my life that, and it's And in my particular case it is curious, my beard is longer than my hair, but I couldn't use the pool because I didn't have a cap. If it's mandatory, why you are not able to provide it? MANY EMAILS SENT AND NO ANSWER!

Room was in a bad shape. Tattered wallpaper. Room was very small. Looked nothing like the pictures.
This hotel is so aesthetic and cute. And amazing value for what you get-- rooftop infinity pool, big soaking tub, cute Japanese onsen robes, a beautiful tea making set up, comfy bed, and pleasantry all around.
The tea provided in the room was really nice. Having a tea bath was fun (although the bath is small if you’re tall). The swimming pool is nice to cool off. The set breakfast menu works well and the food is good quality.
The beds were extremely hard (even more so than other places we stayed). It is a bit out of the city Centre and as mentioned in previous reviews there is quite a bit of tear and wear.
