- Nice, clean room.
- 1. The staff was extremely helpful despite language barrier. Since I spoke only English, she switched to English to accommodate me. Couldn’t really understand her English but made do. My children speaks mandarin but we came in different taxis so I have to wait for them to arrive 10 minutes later. 2. That’s probably the only thing good about this hotel.

- The breakfast, with two hours left of service, was cold. Awful when you are expecting a hot bite.
- 1. My mistake in thinking it’s easy to go to town from this hotel. Despite extensive research, public transportation here is terrible. Bus schedule was wrong starting from HSR station. The bus schedule is erratic and the coming soon time came and gone and it’s still coming soon. 2. Bus stop is supposedly right outside hotel but schedule again on the pole is wrong. 3. The hotel shower holder is broken. 4. AC don’t work. 5. How could this be a 4-star hotel? Really!? 6. Simple thing like hand soap dispenser are not even provided.

Large and clean room. Good Asian and European breakfast. Clean everywhere.
