Prince Hotel

Location is good 7minutes walk from the train station there is also convenient store's and food restaurants near by..This place is suitable for people who are not picky wen it comes to room appearance and ambience

Room is not soundproof u can hear noises from other room and toilet bowl flush sometimes not working but after a while it will work again also the showerhead their's no wall mount holder need your hand to hold it while taking bath

Poorly clean, or not at all. We found bugs eggs on the curtains, stains and hair in the bed sheets and mold in the bathroom

It smelled cigarattes. The bed was hard and the lights were too dark.

Location very close to train station.We were able to leave our luggage in the front lobby after we checked out.

Bed mattress old and you could feel all the springs when you lay on it.Room was quite dirty.Shower head was broken from the wall so you have to hose yourself. That's not a terrible thing but it doesn't take very much to fix a new shower adapter.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Prince Hotel is the perfect location if you want to go to Chiayi City. It is located near the train and bus stations. It is also surrounded by the best restaurants and milk tea at a very affordable price.One thing good at Prince Hotel is that they are located near the Wenhua night market.

Basically you get your moneys worth and more.

A bit dated but clean. Very helpful and friendly. Not too far from Chiayi train station. Not many eating choices so a bit of a walk.

The sign outside is in Chinese. LOL.

the room is small, aircon is terrible, i din feel any aircon, complain to the staff n they gv me 2 fans. one of the switch is not functioning too

No breakfast. Close to train station and convenience store. Reasonably clean given what it was. Recently renewed shower.

No fridge in room. Electrical wires sticking out of socket. Uncomfortable bed. Down pillow gave me allergics. Fire door missing the panic bar. Storage on fire stair.

Nothing at all.

Worst and most expensive room we had in six weeks in Taiwan. Located in the dilapidated red district, the place is filthy: dirty carpets, elevator and walls; tiny smelly room; some lights not working; lukewarm water in the shower; the double bed mattress is in fact to small single mattresses so you feel the partition in the middle; and the thin quilt is even smaller than the mattress so you have to cuddle with your partner not to have you feet and amrs in the open. The room is not worth 25 usd, but during the New Year holiday season is not that they increase 20 or 30%, they ask for 110 usd per night for a such a hole. One thing is to increase prices during the high season, another is this scam. Why authorities do not control such blatant abuses?

Good value for the price and good locaction.

The wifi sometimes did not work and the water temperature in the shower did not get very hot (just warm).

Tepid shower temperature. Not enough toilet paper. Not very comfortable bed. Totally adequate but seemed overpriced.

Super central, really nice staff, decent sized room with a fridge. The bathroom was decent size too with a door to the shower which seems rare. Rooms available on short notice

Beds were very hard and not that comfortable, aircon wasn't great but as soon as we told them we got a fan straight away

The room is in very basic condition but the price is too high for it. The bed is hard and uncomfortable at all. Very disappointed about the room condition for the price they changed.

to be honest, it’s a hotel that u stay if you have no other choice. no facilities, quite filthy and bed was so hard that it’s feel like sleeping on a piece of cardboard.

walkable from night market about 10 mins and shennong old street and the art museum just nearby less than 3 mins, 12mins from railway station

it was painful when taking the shower because the water pressure was very weak, the water like dripping and heater on and off. i am lazy to complain because do not want to change my room in the middle of the night further more not sure how fast they can resolve so just tolerate since i am staying there for one night. staying at 6floor
