Great location to explore Alishan
Noisy air conditioner and bad design of combined shower and bathtub
Great location, huge bed, very good breakfast
Humidity smell when getting jn the room
Great view, large rooms.
The location. The hotel is very remote & doesn't have a restaurant so dinning became an issue & we had to very carefully plan ahead.
the room is big and comfortablealso the scenery is wonderful
sometimes there is no shuttle bus during the weekdays
Staff was nice. Hotel had a nice view of the golf course and city
The worst part was bed bugs- the beds are infested! My family of 9 were all badly bitten all over our legs and exposed parts across 3 rooms. This hotel needs to close down and have treatment done asap before allowing new guests.
The view is good
Breakfast is too monotonous. For example, the egg dishes only have scrambled egg no omelet or fried egg.
Discount, room dimension
Restaurant offering only 6 preselected dishes
Staff were very polite and helpful. overall hotel room is quite comfortable.
The location of the property is middle of nowhere, no food option except the local set dinner for your order. The property facility was a little run down mostly due to lack of customer crowd, but generally the hotel is comfortable.
