We loved everything. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise, and heading out to dig into an amazing spread of food made from their own farm, and once you're full to head aside and have tea with the owner.It's perfect.

Breakfast can have more variety. It will be good to have a bigger mirror or a separate mirror from the one at the basin. Guests have to 'fight' for the use of the mirror.
We had an amazing time here. The restaurant is exceptional - every dish was delicious, healthy, and made with fresh ingredients from their backyard. The staff were wonderfully attentive. The manager serves tea pretty much 24/7 in the lobby and was so nice and warm and chatty. The rooms are very quiet and we slept great each night. We loved ending each day drinking tea with him. The rooms come with balconies that overlook the hills - a huge plus. You can watch the sunrise/sunset each day from here.
The bathrooms are quite old as are the TVs. The hotel is kept very clean but it clearly was built a few decades ago and could use a little bit of a touch up!

It might be a bit old fashioned but it's not bad in a rural, mountain area.
The staff was very friendly and it was a very homely kind of hotel. The dinner provided was not bad and quite affordable. I paid TWD600 per pax for the vegeterian dinner. For the price in that area, I think it is quite decent. The view was great, you could see the sun rise from the room.
The toilets could have been cleaner.
Dinner, which was paid separately , was nice. Nice view from the room, although was hoping for a higher level room.
