Breakfast is outstanding. Front desk speaks fluent English. Amenities are great. On site coin laundry is fantastic
Really loved the extra little touches the hotel provided like the free-flow snacks and coffee, and a great little outdoor patio to sit at and chill at night. We had to leave very early the next morning and would have missed breakfast, and they offered us a simple packed breakfast to-go instead, which we appreciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great.
Room was perfect. Nice gym and facilities. Location close the train station
Location felt a little bit far from the main streets, but if you are looking for something close to the train station it's perfect.
It's not too far from the station and it was a very comfortable stay in terms of facilities, the bed and having a nice sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff was very helpful.
It's a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but you get what you pay for.
It is a clean, modern and spacious hotel and close to the train station. Plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. There are also free drinks available throughout the day.
While close to the train station, you have to cross to the other side of the station through a foot bridge which could easily take 5 minutes or even more if you need to take the elevator.
Very good, we had issue with noise from upper level and staff addressed it very quickly in a professional way. Highly recommend.
Clean & spacious room
Breakfast area can be bigger
Very clean. Accommodating staff. God location next to train station
I got an upgrade and had a fantastic room. It was huge, very comfortable, great view, free beverages. There was coffee and cracker 24/7. The staff was super friendly. Nice breakfast! I only struggled a little to get from the train station to the hotel cause I couldn’t see how you can pass the railways thinking you have to walk around.
Good location close to train station. Comfortable beds and helpful staff
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel is spacious, clean and the breakfast spread was good. The hotel provides free coffee barista and tea, snacks 24/7. The staff were attentive, courteous, helpful and polite.

The location was very convenient to the train station. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Breakfast was good with variety of local and western choices. The self service laundry was a convenient bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage when we went to Alishan for a day.
Shuttle to the train station would be really useful.

We had the best stay—a room on an upper floor with a view, a huge comfortable bed, and a very spacious room. The hotel is new and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the all-day access to coffee and tea and the free parking. There is also a self-service laundry room, which was very convenient. The hotel is just behind the train station, in a quiet area with some food options nearby. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Chiayi.
Really nothing. It was amazing. The breakfast buffet gets a bit busy, but the staff communicates very well and does their best to manage the crowd.
