Hotel Suria Seremban

Location centrally located and easy to find. Room is large and ample praying space.

Is it standard that TV channels are not working at all budget hotel? However at Suria we have 2 channels working fine.

Dirty, no tower in the room while check in, toilet not clean was wet while check in, so itchy after sleep

Housekeeping. We ask to change the dirty blanket and towel. But she said no more extra blanket & towel. But then another room she give new clean towel. I hope this not happen again.

I've stayed here mostly when i have a family occasion in seremban...easy access...no complaints...everything is ok for me and my hubby...it's a good place to stay..hospitality at it best...appreciate it.

I'm disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilets... and with bedsheets, the comforter and towels really need to go for a very major cleaning....hygiene is the most important things to all....thank you

Need to change new/better towel

First the staff who are very friendly, smiling, humble & welcoming. Mathan was the first staff who checked me in smoothly ?. The location 2 minutes of walking to the Palm mall, the major hospital & being surrounded by restaurants & shops around as well as about 30 minutes of walking to the main bus termina' train station, the city center & many other malls and sites in city center. Good bright bathroom, the price, the calming lemon color of the walls, the decent WIFI, 2 water bottles / day, the daily housekeeping, the A/C, the kettle in the room.

The loud traffic noise due to It's proximity to the main intersection and roads, old towels, bed sheets & pillows, bed a bit too hard for me.

Bed sheets, towels, blanket very bad. Looks terrible. Its time to change all new.

Bed sheets sometimes not very good and especially towel quiet very smelly and pillows 2 types of colour

Cupboard cannot close beside the toilet and when after take bath come out , when you walk can have risk.Walk in toilet don't have front mat.All this area needs to consider.I am your regular customer.

Bedsheets and towels were dirty. So was the air conditioning. Pillow was uncomfortable.

Now more better than previous Clean and see the bath looks better especially the water heater good

Coffee must make some changes.TV some good and some not functioning.Coz I always come on every Friday

This time when i stay the condition worse..tv cannot open..aircond can open but cannot adjust the temperature and it win

Especially the bed sheets and pillows need to change have some smell.Bathroom sink bowl water very slow.

Parking during office hours difficult to get.Your staff, Mr Mathan and Vijay is very friendly.

The smell of the hotel room, the floor is sticky too. The bathroom is also not so clean

We forgot about our son pillow. We came back but, They had throw my son pillow.
