Room quiet nice but just fluffy tower

toilet area, need to upgrade. the location of aircond & tv, because single bed a bit tersorokthe receptionist - not carefully during the check in process because they provide me the wrong amount to pay.

Staff make up our room, even though not requested.

The door next to our A108 room. So noisy when guests closed the door when entering or exiting from level 1 going down to basement level using staircase. Especially at night when we are taking a nap.

The staff is nice. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is good. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance, so is a convinient store. KIP Mart and Hispital Salam also within walking distance. Muslim praying mat is also provided. A lot of parking spaces.

No elevator, so need to use stairs to go up to the second floor. Access to the blocks don't have sufficient security, any passerby can easily enter the blocks.

Went alone , so far so good. Room was clean and all facilites enough.

the way upstairs are a bit scary and dark. and the entrace doors to each floor seems to be always open which is quite concerning for me. But i was fine during my stay. If hotel improves on this should be fine.

the place is strategic and peaceful. when it's not the peak time, i can bath well because the water pressure is good. the price is okay but i hope it can be maintain for next year. the soap and shampoo smells good but hope it can be refill before next guest enter the room.

the water pressure is slow when it come to peak time. room service didn't refill the mineral water for the next day, but mostly it's all about the water pressure. Hope it can be improve the coming year because i'm going to stay again there next year.

the room is clean

water pressure quite low in level 3room is clean however staircase full of cigarette buds need to maintain the cleanliness outside hotel’s room

A lot of eatery and restaurant nearby, and there is Speedmart & 24-hour 7Eleven next to hotel. Nasi Kandar (mamak) is in the same row and open till 4am.

Need to improve on cleanliness especially bathroom. It smells bad and I had to buy odour remover from Speedmart to place in toilet. The bedsheets has some stains, cups and saucers is covered with stubborn dust.

That we have to take the stairs to go to the room. When the bag is heavy n there is no lift to go up there eveb its 2 floor from lobby

Was assign to The family quad room at level 1.

The door cannot lock dari dalam..so i trpksa beli sendal pintu...huhu...risau...

Over all everything is in good condition. Clean bathroom. Bedding, towels, all in clean condition. Staf very friendly. Good luck Hotel Lavender.

they provide kettle and toothbrush and also hairdryer in room.

maybe can fix on tv channel as only can watch a few channel. at least can fix to have tv3 channel
