I love the rooms.. Clean, smells good, a/c function well, toilet also clean, iron area so flexible, receptionist friendly and overall just niceeee

The property is ok.

The incompetency of its management. I booked 2 King Deluxe rooms but was given 1 Deluxe room and 1 King Deluxe room. My daughter occupied the bigger room and I complained to the staff in charged. The staff said all rooms are of the same size. This is very upsetting coz the room selection was made prior and the price i paid for the 2 King Deluxe rooms. I compared the 2 rooms and definitely the sizes are not the same. I am very disappointed until now. No words of apologies or money refund from the staff. I will not book this place in the future!!!

Th room considered dirty, outside noise maybe because there are some warehouse nearby.

Friendly staffs. High quality bed and pillows, well prepared drinks.

The toilet drainer smell a little. I hope they fix the smell cause and I'll definitely stay more!

Room size acceptable, bed n room is clean

Toilet door broken (Cannot close),paint on wall was tear off

The room, bathroom & overall hotel were clean. Location is good. Thick fluffy towels & very good facilities for a budget hotel. Friendly & polite staff.

The pillows are a bit too soft & thin. Maybe could provide extra pillows.
