S2 Hotel

We did not include breadfast for our bookong. No comment. Location of hotel is good.

On checking in , I saw ants crawling on the inside part of the window, taking some sweet staff in 1 of the 2 rooms that I booked. Cleaning staff never clean the room thoroughly before giving to next customer. In the other room, 2 cushion chairs were provided but 1 is broken and not usable. When We complained to the staff about the broken chair, the staff said they knew about this. Then, why no action to replace the broken chair!!!!!

Value for money. On-site parking. Met one of the owners and he was very friendly. Clean surfaces. Very large bed.

Very old, many things broken or not well-maintained (shower, lights, windows). Front desk staff not great. Room had a musty smell as did the bed linen.

good location and good price

stayed on connecting room. The next room was very noisy and smoker's smoke went into my room. Im a non smoker , a bit tough for me.

room is big

should upgrade as it's old, not match with the price paid

Quiet place with fantastic and helpful staffs. The room has all needed for simple and easy accommodation. The hotel is very nearby to aeon and hence easy for shopping.

Nothing actually.

Room facilities says fan, but no fan. Free toiletries, but only body soap and spilled everywhere upon arrival. Toilet wall & floor was moldy. Toilet bowl got many yellow stain.

Spacious Room And Close to Aeon Big S2.Private Parking foc

This trip i got a very new ac in the room.. But the Shower Heater is very Hot....at Minimum.

Can get adjoining rooms. Spacious. Very quiet location. Ample parking. Met one of the owners, an elderly gentleman, and he was lovely. Giant beds.

Really needs an upgrade. Stale cigarette smells. Some lights not working. Broken shower head holder. Old and derelict but you get what you pay for!

Room was a little bigger than normal.

The toilet was really bad. The door was jammed and my wife was locked in. The staff tried to prise open the door but failed. Finally I broke down the door myself!!!They even used the toilet as a storeroom. A tall ladder was stored inside!!!!!!

simply clean and good place for pit stop for rest and fresh up. easy access to highway and nearest distance for aeon, banks, restaurants and some convenience stores.

The toilet/bathroom is a disaster. The shower nozzle not functioning & the toilet bowl do not hv cover.....seem separated & hanging from the wall.

Pleasant

The bathroom should has been cleaner. The toilet bowl seat was broken. Seat of the only chair was worn off.

The place is quiet and near to aeon. Easy for parking and front office staff is friendly.

No phone in the room. Called front office to fix air cond but no one came to fix or no calls from front office till morning. The amenities are insufficient.
