The room was very small with no space around the bed.

The noise from the KARAOKE outlet behind. The rooms have no soundproofing and can hear neighbour room too.

i go with family, 4 of us in 1 room but but only provide 1 key per room. i request for extra key but they reject my request. this is not convenient for us.

comfortable bed and pillow, hotel provides hairdryer, body wash and shampoo, the room is well maintained and clean, plenty of parking and the area is quite safe i guess

the wall doesn’t have soundproofing so we can hear noise from next room that talking all night and even the sound of toilet flush next room can be heard

The hotel is close to Aeon and a lot of restaurants around so it was good.

The room was really small, no space to even move around or even to pray. As a muslim it is quite inconvenient. Plus there’s a karaoke centre near the hotel and you can actually hear the sound from the karaoke place.

Your reception is good to handle the guest while guest check in and check out

The space is too narrow, tv not really work, no space for the Muslim do the pray and pillow is too hard.

Near to different eatery which is really convenient

Somehow the facilities are quite old, and the toilet bowl flush cannot auto refill after flushing

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is poor, water pressure is slow and the ceiling is also not closed properly.

The room is not bad especially on ground floor. Easily access for parents. The bed is good

The room doesn't have sound proof and so whatever the next room does, you can hear it clearly. The toilet is not so clean and rusty. Kind of like spoiled to see the toilet and also the toilet door lock is spoiled

the hotel states that smoking is not allowed, but along the way to the room the smell of cigarette smoke and the room I stayed in also smelled of cigarette smoke.there is dust on the walls, bed, curtains and windows.hope the cleaners can improve their work.

Limited car park.there are ants in my room.broken shower.

Nearby uptown area it's good, i have most choose at here.

1. The temperature of the water heater is unstable and there is no hot water in the morning2. The toilet is really noisy, can the tank be repaired?
