No elevator. It was difficult if you travel with large suitcase.

Feel bad for my mother need to take the stair, next time will request the ground/1st floor.

There is no kettle, have to use water dispenser like coway at foyer.

Nice environment with the basic facilities such as air dryer, TV, air conditioning, water heater functioning well. Staffs are friendly..However the cleaning after the previous guests left was not done properly as I found some hair on the floor. Bathroom wall tiles got little mold due to dampines (on the wall side where we hang clothes)
Strategic location near restaurants, shops, Palm Mall, KPJ hospitals nearby. Not hard to find parking. Interior design of the room is nice, but a bit noisy if somebody talks loud outside the room at the corridor.Please repair room 213 door as it can't close properly.
