Hotel Luma Senawang

good location with plenty of eateries and just next to RT Rosyam Mart

this time all ok

Lobby is nice.

Location is quite noisy due to near traffic and maybe due to bed near window

A little space atleast for praying since the qiblah is not parallel to the bed line

To small for double bed

Netflix is a plus point. Pillow soft. So comfortable. Clean. Aircond sejuk. Halal restaurant is only downstairs. Petronas just next to it. Recommended

No lift

Room is small, the pillow will get your neck pain.shampoo and body wash container was rusty need to change it. Should provide at least a drinking bottle. But the hotel is clean and safe. Easy to get food or groceries as the grocer is nearby.

Location next to 24 hour Supermart and centre of several commercial blocks. Near mosque

Outside street bit smelly as hotel neighbouring pet hotel and several meat, grain and vegetable wholesalers

I had an amazing stay at hotel luma! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.I highly recommend the Hotel Luma for anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing stay.

Room clean and comfortable. Variety selection of TV channel (Youtube & Netflix)

Clean

Room very small. Staff not friendly

Good aircond with netflix to watch, great bed to sleep on, shower also great.

Room are not sound proof. Late midnight still can hear loud songs from downstairs restaurant and kids playing.

Lobby looking nice.. and the staff just cool.

We took master room.. really upset and dont want to back here anymore. Not worth for money especially if come with children. Dont have proper entrance. Its new to animals shop , very smelly and horrible. The staff was good. The room should upgrade with cupboard. Inside the room still ok, but outside and car parking really terrible.

The room is clean

The sounds from outside it too loud.. Maybe some sounds damper will help

Not Recommended

Not value for money!!!Sharing Bedroom NO PRIVACY AT ALL!!!Security Deposit for me is to high!!! A lot improvement needed base on guest experiences.

Everything nice and good...just don't have mirror in the room only at bathroom. No lift only stairs. Downstairs is roti john paroi the famous one. Near eatery stalls.

Facilities and room clean.

Space for inside room too small for 1 single and 1 queens beds. Especially for Muslim who want to perform prayers.

Comfy and despite the environment, clean rooms and comfortable bed. TV has YouTube & Netflix.

I've always stayed here whenever I come to senawang sadly this time around the staff were clueless and didn't met my expectations. I think they were part time staff. The usual people are quick and provide good front desk service.

Clean toilet, easy public parking, nearby petrol station

The room is Not soundproof, can hear other room talking almost 3am, can hear other walking, vehicle noises, no lift for elderly / disabled & pregnant.

convenient

staff wants to charge on stained towel, ridiculous! rented 3 rooms for 5 days

Strategic location. Nearest to higway, verity food nearby.

1. Room not soundproof.2. Tea, coffee, sugar or mineral water not provided3. No hanger provide4. No fridge

I'm traveling alone and feel safe being here as restaurants and a 24-hour grocery mall surround it. I had a great stay here. The receptionist and housekeeper were doing a great job! My room smelled extremely good and clean. The pleasant scent lingered even during checkout!

The room might be too small for more than 1 pax.
