Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth 4 StarsI recently stayed at Klana Resort Seremban, and I must say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel online, the reality was far from it.First, the check-in process was unnecessarily slow. There were four staff members and two systems, yet only one person was attending to guests, which resulted in a 15-minute wait just to check in. This was frustrating and showed a lack of efficiency.As soon as I entered the lobby, the smell was terrible, making the first impression very unpleasant. The room itself was not clean at all—I found hair in the bathroom, and the walls and sink were visibly dirty. It was clear that proper housekeeping was not maintained.Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay. The 4-star rating is misleading, and the management seriously needs to improve their service and cleanliness.

I travel and arrived at the hotel at 7PM. I was given unclean room. Room number 818. The area to the room no lift and it was 2nd floor( have to walk up with luggage). Quite distance from the main lobby and need buggy to go to the room. I was so shocked seeing the room messy, bed was unfolded, rubbish still in the room, the toilet floor full of hair and too many too discribe the unpleasent feeling. I did call the receptionist and have to wait for almost 1 hour for a solution, i was told to wait for the housekeeping to check on my room and at last i almost loose my patient and request to change room and after that they took the action! The room cost RM371 with the poor facilities and poor management surely not worth it and not going to repeat or recommended to others. Not to forget the swimming pool is very poor condition and broken at certain part esp at kids section with mentioned no life guard monitor and swim at your own risk?. Please don’t let this kind of business operate and scam other by showing a nice picture at the apps but totally opposite in reality.

Old hotel needs upgrade

Old hotel, aircond not cold, lighting not bright, price quite expensive for an old hotel.

Breakfast was so delicious with variety of foods.Room so nice, but the light was dim.Pool good and kids were enjoyed.

Dirty and dusty carpet, leaking wrinkles, loose tap, noisy aircond, towel is wet when we arrive but luckily get changed after requested

The room is ok..but the water not hot.. another things the room service should use plate and cup as usual.. if packed like present..i can buy from grab or panda food.

Que so long ... Registration not smart.. should plan for festival. Booked had already done..why Hotel not ready for that.

Cleanliness

Toilet design very poor. The water easily flow through room when use bathroom. Should have water stop in bathroom to avoid water flow to room.

Spacious room for the 4 of us for just a 1 night stay.

No bathmat to wipe our feet after entering the bathroom. Floor not swept thoroughly. Some parts of bathroom floor dirty.
