Royale Chulan Seremban

Walking in the lobby was impressive, a huge expanse of marble. Our double deluxe room was also impressive with a very comfortable king sized bed, marble lined bathroom with tub and shower and lots of hot water, big space, quiet, with a nice view! The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and we also tried the evening refreshments, which was another smaller buffet of appetizers, juices, coffees and desserts. Incredible value and the staff were all friendly and welcoming! The underground parking worked great and there’s a large mall nearby with many restaurants.

warm hospitality of staff at reception during check in and the porters. smooth check-in and check-out. early check-in before 3 pm was much appreciated. huge bedroom, big bathroom and super comfortable bed, excellent wi-fi and aircon, and high shower water pressure. the drinking water filter at the bathroom is wonderful, never had to worry about drinking water and the water tasted good! the housekeeping staff was very helpful and accommodating. thank you so much for cleaning our rooms on a short notice! an excellent variety of menu during breakfast. the swimming pool is beautiful although i would enjoy longer opening hours (beyond 7 pm). location is near town and walking distance to Seremban Prima mall. value for money!

the TV reception is super bad! i cannot even read the room service menu displayed on the screen, it is that bad!

Breakfast was underwhelming, but I suspect the hotel feels it’s not worth improving — after all, it’s apparently been the same for years. Consistency is admirable; unfortunately, so is mediocrity.The executive lounge was even more entertaining. A coffee machine, a few tea bags, a couple of cakes that looked like they had given up on life, some kacang… and to complete the experience, children screaming and running around unchecked.At one point, I genuinely wondered if I had accidentally wandered into a cheap mamak rather than an executive lounge. All in all, a fascinating interpretation of ‘luxury’

The rooms are clearly dated, the beds uncomfortable, and the towels had all the softness of industrial sandpaper. The toothbrush, meanwhile, felt suspiciously similar to a toilet brush — perhaps a bold attempt at multifunctional design.The shower worked when it felt like it, adding an element of surprise to what should be a very basic daily activity.That said, given how low the bar appears to be for hotels in Seremban, these shortcomings are seemingly regarded as non-issues. Standards, it seems, are very much relative

BREAKFAST is good and delicious while i like the smart tv in the room.

the piping system in the bathroom, the water dows not flow well

The room smelled bad. The shower screen was dirty - streaky with soap stain. The mattress is old, and I believe there were bed bugs because my skin was red and itchy the next morning. The air-cond was very loud that we had to turn it off.It was such a bad experience!

Check in as easy and seamless. Front office desk person was courteous and pleasant

I stayed in the Deluxe Double for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The location is close to the town centre, making it convenient to get around. I am pleased to share my feedback below.ProsExcellent location with a beautiful view of the Seremban Lake.The room was comfortable, pleasant, and just the right size for me.Most amenities were good, complete, and well-maintained, with only a few minor misses.I liked the cozy bed, pillows, and overall room setup.

ConsThere is no hair dryer provided.The water pressure in the standing shower is low — this should be fixed.The room is equipped with a very basic TV set, which could be improved.Most of the restaurant waiting staff appear unfriendly and rather timid. Please consider providing proper hospitality training.Overall, I still enjoyed my stay here and appreciate the comfort and convenience the hotel provides.

i arranged lunch with old friends and everybody happy with the food & service also good

Parking fee RM6.00 is abit expensive for walkin guests. Perhaps could be reduce to RM3 flate rate/per entry

Location was convenient.

There are no hand towels. Hotel claimed that it is only for deluxe room and above, that’s ridiculous.There’s no yoga mats or towels in the gym which means we can’t clean the gym equipment when we are sweaty. One of the nights, all our rooms key card for 3 different rooms got locked out all at once. We were already so tired especially with our aging father and have to go down to reception to get help. Mattress is outdated & the room is old - how can this be a 4 room hotel?

the bed are nice. the room ambience is good. water pressure is good. there is iron and iron board available in each room.

The room was a bit old, breakfast not many variety.

Old style colonial feel with high ceilings and comfortable bed with functional bathroom.Friendly staff but seemed to be short handed . Great location and excellent view

Western breakfast was limited and we had to sit outside as too crowded one of the days .Even the egg selection was very average and not much cereal or fresh fruit . Coffee was ok . No alcohol ! Surely a beer in the fridge for international guests ?

Breakfast spreads presenting the state delicacies, which is great and room was spacious.

The mattress was worn out, door locking system didn't work well it takes awhile to get it open. The mirror in the bathroom was not clean, the sink was not working.

The room is big

No much activity at night. Bed is very hard. Towel do not smell fresh and not soft. Air con not cold

The air-con was not providing any cooling but the Maintenance team fixed the problem in short time so well done to them, but would have expected the air-con to be checked before our arrival.Good location for the wedding we were attending

Hotel needs some TLC as is looking a little worn. Gym is a basement room with limited equipment

Good central location.

The table surface & some parts of the bathroom had stains either due to rushed or insufficient cleaning.
