TV channel too limited. In future should provide netflix, astro etc.

Lots of free parking right infront of the hotel. Room as very clean. Beds really comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Good pressure.

The WiFi was not working at all during our stay.

Nothing good about this hotel. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Will never recommend anyone to choose this hotel. THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE AT ALL, TOO SCARY!!! Even I’ve clicked on the ‘do not disturb’ button, the housekeeper will still come in the room. And the problem is, the housekeeper came into my room and DIDN’T EVEN CLEAN UP MY ROOM. The rubbish bins weren’t cleared, and my personal belongings were touched (there was a bag of used clothes and if his intention of coming in was just tidying up the room, then why is he trying to open up guest’s bag?). The housekeeper even tried to open my colleague’s luggage with lock. My colleague has the habit of messing up the password and remembering the 3 digits before she leave the room, but the 3 digits have changed which means that the housekeeper touched and tried to open up the luggage but he failed. This is beyond scary. What’s his intention? The ‘supervisor’ of the hotel told us that he will handover this issue to his manager to solve. And he said that they will check the CCTV and give us a solution. But till now, they didn’t even update us the results of the CCTV and just tell us that they will compensate us with two nights complimentary stay, who even dare to stay at that hotel again? i dont want any complimentary stay. The hotel should execute this issue but they didnt. They didnt even dare to let us know the results of the CCTV footage, which is so fishy. This hotel is NOT SAFE AT ALL! PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL! DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY.

Overall we are very satisfy with this place because it provide good Smart TV, WIFI, purify water, 24 hours laundry service nearby, censor doorbell and lights. Water heater is also working well. We will definitely come back when we are in Seremban. Hopefully we can get better discount when we book early

We requested for the rooms to be closed to each other followed by calling the receptionist for the same matter, however, when we were there the staff told us such request was not recorded either via Booking.com or their internal system hence our rooms were far apart. In addition, Sound insulation also need to be improved.

The room was generally clean and enough space for 2.

There is no window in the room, kind of stuffy and the bathroom ventilation is not functioning well.

Cup got pink colour lipstick stain. TV and water heater not working. Asked for extra roll of toilet roll for family of 3, no staff avaliable. Toilet sink and mirror doesn't look clean.

The room. Aircond very cool. Pillow case clean and smell good. Easy parking. Got coway every floor. Bathroom water is so good.

No lift.

Nearby eateries and convenient stores. Free parking at the hotel.

Mirror or a dressing table wasn't provided. Only had mirror in the bathroom.

First night got a very noisy people talking with a high volume voice until 2-3 am,

Last time, we got nice and clean room. But this time, our toilet and room not clean and dirty comforter. So dissapointed.

Nice place to stay for a short trip. Easy to park. The staff was very friendly .

The smell when we first enter the room a little bit smelly. Other than that it was comfortable stay.

Good location near the city. EV charging facility available to guest is good with a total of 4 charging slots available. Good ammenities and value for money.

Room with 1 queen bed + 1 single bed is small. Too packed.Parking is limited. I need to drive around atleast 2-3times to have proper parking. Rate is different from apps. Suddenly got SST. I request for SST invoice, they cannot give. Aiyaaa. Spoil my mood. Please learn more about SST lor.Location is just a bit far from city. Quite at night. Staff is not friendly. When I check in, there are 2 staff. 1 indian lady, 1 indian guy. The lady is not smile at all and not even try to stand up when she cant hear clearly from me. There is a glass barrier at the reception area. But then the indian guy come near to me and help me to transfer the information to the lady. Fuhhh! Spoil my mood. But, when i check out there is another 1 indian lady. Very polite and friendly. Please give her and that 1 guy a raise. Thanks!
