MY FAME HOTEL

Location is good thanks to friendly restaurants in the neighbourhood

Everything was disappointing. Starting with a mediocre welcome at checkin, constant foul smell in corridors, dirty bathroom, okayishly clean room, washed linen but still containing spots from previous guests.... The room was spacious but empty, zero decorations, zero sockets, no bedside tables. Do yourself a favour and book other hotel.

The hotel is really very old. I checked in but since the condition is very old so i checked out immediately and change to other hotel. The front desk service is very slow. Please renovate the hotel. No air conditioner in the lobby. Check in time is 2pm from booking .com, but hotel told the guest check in time is 3pm.

The floor is not so clean,lots of hair and dust pls make sure it's clean next timeThe bed is a bit itchy

bed smells bad. the price in booking is different but when you went there , they charge you different price. Poor staff management

easy access,parking provided..room is clean..been here 3 times its better than other 3 star hotel..worth it if u just wanna rest n sleep..

I like the location of the hotel.It's convenient for me to meet with my customer.

The front office staff have really poor service due to the customer requested room and the things that already told them earlier before checking in. End of the day it feels very disappointed with the front office staff that keeps do the same mistake over and over again when I check into the hotel. Please listen to what customers ask for and don't just annoyed customers what customers request, We are paying for our stay in your hotel and we are not staying in your hotel for free. Please act, think, and service like a professional.

noisy sound if stay at floor 2- 8243 due to pub below. please inform the pub to slow down the sound. terrible

Worst hotel who cheated my money..There was no water supply yet they sold the room.Promise to return my money till today they hv not.Will never step my foot into this hotel

Worst service. If they know no water, they shouldn't sell the room

There were no water. And we had bad experience with that . The staff should inform us before check in .. after find out then they keep saying water will come until next day no water . If there are no water you all should refund back and cancel the booking. It's terrible even i can go for toilet and need to buy minerals from shop . Will never go there .

The air conditioner was not cold. Called the technician, and he was unable to solve it.2. No water supply, I didn't have my bath during my stay.. 3. No bathroom slipers.

Good location although next to cemetery

The karaoke lounge runs till 2am n the music can be heard throughout. Cannot sleep

Book the family room, so space was good

Power cut from 3am right to 830am the next day. Shock that there were no back up power and staffs never informed what was happening. The worst thing was my room didn’t get electricity till my check out time. So I pack my things in the main room in total darkness. I was rushing and completely forgot to pack my toiletries and some items in the bathroom. Only remembered after I have left the hotel. I called and spoke to the staff at the counter to pack and keep my things, even emailed them as a reminder. 2 days later, I drove all the way from PJ to collect my things and I was so disappointed that I only gotten back half of my things. Unacceptable!!!

1. Door room not fit and need to push hard to really close2. The lift service is the slowest ever use.3. Tv half function (manual button to on/off and bad tv signal4. Window handle damaged not replace so have to leave it open5. Desk phone not functioning

Wonderful view outside from my room's window, can see a lot tombs.

Power supply keep on trip off. Complain twice during night time only allowed to change room. Terrible surrounding and external view, please study surrounding before booking.

A cafe should be 24 hours because no more halal restaurant beside there.

Iron place it not necessary. Why not place the iron for every room. It's okey if charge that facility.
