very slow water supply

can feel the spring on mattress it cause bodyache

The location is great. The bed comfortable

The room isnt sound proof. I could hear everyone walking and talking outside, to guest snoring next door. There are creepy looking men who are staff and they stare at you while you check in while reflected badly in the place.

When we check in the rooms got musty smell when we change another rooms upgrade room ,we change to damaged mattress's room......

Right in a square where you can get everything without going anywhere else.

Parking. Its impossible to get a parking near the hotel. Often I have to park far away. And wait for the nearby mall to close and shoppers remove their cars. Then I will bring the car to be near the hotel.

Near to KPJ good location

Bad experience first price is different at counter If they gv room 102 pls don't accept Bad mattress , dirty, water heater not working, at last if want to change room we have to add money.. no other option. dont Choose this hotel.

Location was near my workplace, hence I booked it (Sri Mutiara) because my other usual hotels was fully booked (Hotel Villa & Hotel Boutique)

Room was big, but wasn't comfy, toilet was disgusting, mattresses & pillows were uncomfortable. Not worth for the price of RM140++ per night.

they put me in no window in my last i stay

1. Staff are cooperative and accommodating 2. Easy to find food around

1. Blinking lighting at the corridor on 4th floor, annoying. Not fixed. 2. We shifted twice. 1st room, toilet light not working, toilet not clean. 2nd room, the sound of water pipe very noisy. Several faulty lightings.

Didnt expect to have a private bedroom in the room we booked. Thought it would be 3 beds in one room. Like it very much. Just walking distance to the mall. Easily could extend my stay at a certain rate. The receptionist was helpful to let us enter the room again after checking out as we had left a bag in it.

Everything was ok except there was a drunk outside the entrance. Couldnt find halal eateries nearby...may be we didnt explore enough..

very clean and neat room and washroom. good value for money. Tv channels good. happening place where easy to find Indian Chinese n malay food. 24 restaurants. near to toll.

Poor air cond which making noise all over the night. parking outside which need to pay using touch n go but not informed by hotel. Can be summoned. But easy to pay via TNG during working hours.

Big family room...

The bedsheets and pillow looks old and have smell on it. Soundproofing not good enough.

The room is big and very clean....so comfortable...near with facilities like mall and shop....good value for money. Recommanded.
