Sometimes the water heater don’t function well, and one of the room had a bad odor smell like a drainage foul smell.

The location is superb. along the highway with excellent data connection signal. Good for working individuals who need internet at all time. your free wifi connection is also superb. nothing more to say!

Service was excellent! Everyone is willing to serve. Staff is responsive and VERY friendly.

My room's hot shower wasn't working. They adjusted it but not to my liking.

Breakfast was good, we enjoyed it. The room was clean and it was of a decent size for one or two guests. And the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Overall the place was good. The only thing that wouldn't make me book it again next time was the price. It was priced a bit too high for me especially if you consider the location and the other hotels nearby. The only reason I went ahead with the booking was I forgot to cancel it within the allowed time. Otherwise I would have chosen other places in the area.

Safe, quiet, clean, very accessible and most importantly modern. They think about the convenience of their guests.

Occasional brown out and WIFI disconnection. Our only regret!We were disappointed at the end that no one in the front desk nor the restaurant staff offered a senior citizen discount for the three (3) of us for our lunch and dinner during our entire stay from Feb 17 to March 6.Imagine how much discount we could have enjoyed if we had known sooner. At the same token, we ynoticed that we were the only ones leaving a tip every single time. If you happen to book at Kekehyu Business Hotel or any restaurant in the country, sometime soon, do not forget to ask for a senior citizen discount and just offer you IDs oe passport to any restaurant personnel.

I cancelled one room but got charged for it. Basic breakfast and basic room

As soon as i got in, first impression was wow. And that was all the way..Special mention, the scent at the reception,that was great.

Since i was in room 101 ground floor, its quite noisy. I can hear people chatting, but its not a big issue.

The staff is good ,the property needs a fridge in the room for customers that stay more then 2 night's

They don't have a fridge in the room, and they have the same breakfast every day,, that's not good for people who stay more than one night

The food was great, room was clean and comfy and staff were very nice. Location is great too.

The bathroom is small but still happy with the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful rooms with comfortable mattresses, pillows and blankets. The room is spacious and clean. The toilets are nice with great heating.The room has a smart TV which made lounging in bed while watching TV a great way to relax. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay here over 3 nights. Would definitely come back.

The breakfast wasn't too interesting but not bad at all since you're not paying a huge premium for the hotel. We did notice that the floors were somewhat hollow which meant we could here the heavy steps of people above us.
