- Didn't get hot water for both days. Absolutely ridiculous for a luxury resort hotel. - Staff wasn't really cooperative. - They refilled and gave us opened water bottles. Absolutely ridiculous again - I could sue them for this.

Really nice location and extremely good and spacious rooms.Hotel staff was extremely accommodating with regards to understanding the needs as traveling with an infant.The food was worth every penny spent.Freshly cooked meals were worth the wait.Staff was very patient and always had a positive attitude

Many things location is far away and in remote zone they don’t have to charge same as other branded hotel as nothing is comparable between 2

Staff is polite and always helpful.Great location, and room with mountain views.It is best to enjoy this location with family or group of friends.If you’re planning to go for darshan, please allow extra time to reach the temple (20-40 minutes) or the market, as you need to walk after Imali Chowk. Ample parking space.Good food. Clean and spacious rooms, as well as overall place.

The food is awesome.

The accomodation room was not well. The bathroom taps were leaking. The wardrobe handle was broken. It was winter days the rooms were very cold , we need to ask reception thrice to provide sleepers .. because i was travelling with whole family, i was expecting comfort but the facilities were very poor compared to the charges paid.

Good location, newer property

Lack of cleanliness, service, amenities, hygiene, staff was not cordial either - upon asking if we can get hot water services - there was cross questioning on why we need hot water in December in a hilly area.

Very beautifully made, tall ceilings and spacious rooms, comfy beds n Clean toilets. Large property, nice garden. Couldn't stay for long but would love to visit again.

It is the most pathetic hotel. Staff at reception is crooked. The want to over charge you. And also rude in behaviour. Swimming pool has no filtration system and they are adding water from loose pipe. Not at all hygienic.

Location was fabulous.

Hotel needs renovatiion.. You have to als them for hot water. After your call they start boiler. Bathroom are not as price they charge. Smell inside the room .

The location of the property, the surroundings and the staff. it’s proximity to the Shreenathji temple.

Almost everything else. The property was in poor state of repairs. The towels provided were not properly cleaned. The shower head had muck on it. The kettle had calcification as it hadn’t been cleaned for years. the toilet bowl had brown streaks. The breakfast was poor and cold also replenishment was very slow. The bedsheets and pillows were also not hygienically cleaned. Too expensive for what was on offer.

No HOT water to bath , staff unresponsive. I suspect it was coming from senior management to save costs, they would only put water heater on upon request and it took 2 hours to heat up each time. This hotel has no laundry service so you have to handwash yourself, and decorate your room with drying laundry.

bed was shabby. pillows were dirty and smelly. couldn’t sleep the whole night

the overall views from the room, size of the room and the staff were good

we had gone primarily for Darshan and the hotel is an auto ride away from the temple. So not very practical

Beautiful property, courteous staff.

INR 300 for a to and fro Auto service to the temple market is a big expensive. Hotel can consider its own Auto or even a free service. Food while adequate in quantity and service was a bit spicy and tasteless.

Location is good enough. And property itself is excellent.

Everything is ok but TV D2H connection was not recharged. We have to wait for more than half hour to watch important T20 World Cup match. I think management should be alert about it. Otherwise full marks to the property.
