Property is nice with good location and cleanliness.

Very disappointed by the hospitality! I had booked 3 rooms for a mere 4 hours even though we were just 5 adult. We could have easily managed in 2 rooms. I vividly remember seeing breakfast included at the time of booking but when we went for breakfast they turned us down. It may have been a mistake as a result of separate rows with small thin line differences on the screen, but considering the amount spent and 3 rooms booked, they did not give a gesture to allow us to have breakfast. This reflects poor hospitality, lack of guest relation building mindset. We spent hardly 4-5 hours in the hotel and paid for the full day. They should have considered that. Their manager Vishal was least accommodative. I have traveled the world and have come across remarkable hospitable managers that know how to wow and delight the guests. Anyways, we got to enjoy the local street foods of Nathdwara which was amazing and a good outcome in hindsight! But yes, do not go to this hotel if you are looking for true Rajasthan level hospitality!

Very engaging staff, quite impressed especially with Steward Gautam during Breakfast who personally took care of us and personally served us all the food that we asked for, excellent tea ☕️ he personally got it made and served us. Excellent Dal Baati and all the food we were served ✨✨✨

Hopeless bathroom, very slippery shower cubical. The outside view glass of the room was so dirty, was covered with some cement stains from the outside - Shiva statue looked little more in concrete !!!

As we are pure vegetarian, options available during breakfast was excellent and hotel staff are courteous and provide excellent services.

During the stay in room beddings and towels was not properly cleaned. Even though washroom required more cleaniness.

The location

Food is average, The carpet outside rooms stink and washrooms at reception was very dirty.

The hotel property is a new one, and its the best in nathdwara. staff and rooms are good. Food is excellent and very tasty. Their south indian food can improve a lot but other cuisine is really nice. People who want to do shreenathji darshan need to understand that staying here means either doing only one or two darshans in a day or then doing all but not returning to the hotel the entire day. Overall a definitely recommended hotel when in nathdwara.

While we knew that it was a vegetarian hotel, the spread and preparation could have been better. The breakfast food was bland in taste.

Booked stay for 2 nights in premium suitePremium suite is not worth it , broken or loose furniture, rusted faucets and property is not well maintainedThey shift cultural shows to their gaming zone which is very unprofessional as they had wedding Loud music till 1 AM I booked for 2 nights and at very first day when I let manager know that coz of the certain reasons can you just refund me for 1 night and I will check out tomorrow and trust me one of the worst reply’s I ever got was “NOT VALID REASON ” and didn’t called back even after explaining everything as they were all busy with the wedding

The breakfast was excellent, with a great vegetarian selection. The staff were polite and helpful.

Accessing the hotel was slightly challenging due to the ongoing flyover construction near the entrance. Additional signage would have been helpful to guide visitors.The hotel is located in a multi-story building with other attractions, which have more prominent signage visible from a distance. In contrast, the hotel's sign is relatively small and easy to miss. Google's location map was also misleading. One suggestion for improvement is to provide a resting area for drivers accompanying guests, as none was available.

Very supportive staff, especially Ms. Jheel who is looking after travel to the city, Airport and Temple.Restaurant people are very helpful and serve very delicious vegetarian food. Enjoyed the stay without hassles.

Cleanliness and staff are exceptional. Mr. Vadan is a very helpful person. He guided us for darshan timings, arranged for shuttles and also provided thorough information on what to do. Highly appreciated.

Contacting hotel over the phone was not easy Airconditioning was not as good as it should be.Paid for driver’s accommodation but he was not given basic things like duvet or comforter. It was a cold weather. There was a bad odor and frequent noise coming from somewhere. One should understand that Driver needs good rest for next day driving.
