A mother keen on multiple daily darshans travelled with her adult son who was working remotely. They both found the 4 day stay in spacious accommodation very good. They enjoyed fresh local food via room service. Gym was nearby. The room had a stable WiFi plus decent working space and quiet vibes. Courteous and helpful staff. Overall very good.

Slightly expensive by local standard. A sudden message demanding advanced payment via bank transfer in contravention of the terms stated on the booking.com platform.

Over all the guest rooms were very clean.Only one thing which is of major concern is the wash room on the ground level by the restaurant.I went to wash my hands before having lunch, but the washroom smelled disgusting of urine. It needs to be kept very clean and sanitized, it was mainly used by hotel staff according to my observation. That was the only thing that put me off.

Location , cleanliness, good on site restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Just one thing, after booking thru bookings.com, hotel requested 50% or payment ahead of travel dates. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient for foreign travelers as we cannot use UPI or other Indian based apps to transfer funds and had to ask one of my relatives to post the payment.

Should write Hotel at Nathdwara (Right near the temple) - instead of at Eklingji, as Eklingji temple is about 27 km from Nathdwara).Reception desk - room for improvement.Room - spacious but aged. Should provide more packaged water bottles and put Crockery/Cutlery in Living room/Dining space. Microwave at Kitchen platform, Iron and Umbrella (esp. during heavy monsoon) would be useful.

The location is perfect for visiting the temple. Literally 5min away. The rooms were nice and the staff super helpful. We enjoyed the food at the Manorath restaurant as well. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Negatives: the bathrooms were pretty old and leaky. Compared to the rest of the room, the infrastructure was outdated.

Location of this hotel is very convenient. Also car can go up to the hotel. Temple is in walking distance. Restaurant had good breakfast. Lunch and dinner menu had many choices of food.

On site payment was to made at hotel.But they personally phone and forced to pay advance. Advance is not a problem, but why on booking.in you said to pay at hotel, and in actual it is not there.

Need to change towels as they are very old and hard. Also the washrooms need maintenance many of the accessories are rusted.

Location very near the temple. This helped my parents to do Darshan comfortably. Nice rooms too.

1)There was water coming into the room every time it rained and it disturbed us a lot. The bed room was turning into swimming pool.2)There was no photo/picture of SHREEJIBAVA in the room. I would recommend that both rooms (living and bed room) should have pictures of Shreenathji.

Staff was not friendly, we did online check in with individual identity uploaded as per here requirement, how ever on physical check in, front desk staff asked us to re-submit ll the details stating there system was not updated.Restaurant service is very very poor.
