Location is good with ample parking space . There is a bakery + restaurant named Vishal’s, which has excellent eating options and everything we ate was tasty.Staff was polite and courteous . Overall a good hotel to stay in .

It is a convenient location and the rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We had a sudden shortfall of few rooms as some guests arrived early for my son's wedding. Dreamland was booked for two days for some of our guests.

Staff a bit rigid. Don't have courtesy behaviour. Room not clean , neither proper bathroom toiletries given. Staff just need to be replaced at the earliest if they want to run the hotel

The AC wasn't working and I was asked to either open the windows or sleep in Fan.The kids sandwich served wasn't even having any dressing The tea served was not hotI had asked for a refund due to non functional AC but was not acknowledged.
Polite staff, Privacy, Earlier a smaller room was given but the next day a better and bigger room was given.
No complimentary breakfast.The location is very unsuitable from tourists point of view.There is nothing nearby, just a second hand car dealership area.
