The check in and check out was easy ad quick. The staffing was friendly and helpful.

It was possible to hear the neighbor next door while sleeping. The hotel is slightly off and distanced from convenience stores.

The staff was very nice, but that was probably the only good part of the whole hotel.

There was construction outside and the facility is not very handicapped accessible (stairs to get up to the elevators for example). It was hot within the hotel and muggy. Breakfast is not worth the money.

Very near Mito station. Excellent breakfast. A special breakfast, which I think is changed everyday, is served. This is aside from the buffet style breakfast items. I loved the staff especially the restaurant staff.

A bit dated, they still use standard key instead of key cards. Convenience stores are a bit far though there are some near the station

The breakfasts were delicious and satisfying. The kitchen staff were wonderful and helped us with what we needed since our Japanese language is limited. The front desk staff were all exceptionally wonderful and friendly. The hotel’s location was so close to the train station, shopping, and restaurants.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were very helpful and polite. They were able to answer all the questions I had and provided assistance. I particularly like that the air-conditioning can be controlled by oneself in the room and that is great. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to the station.

The pillows were terrible, so flat we had to buy a pillow each.Curtains are disintegrating which causes lots of dust.Windows cannot be opened

Walking distance to all of shops & train station.

There were 4 stairs to get to lift to get to rooms - very difficult with heavy bags.

Convenient location right next to the train station, good breakfast provided, room was clean and comfy and also quite spacious.

Hotel looked a bit old and tired, and was quite gloomy in the halls and rooms. It was convenient, but not the cosiest place for a long stay.

We had a nice say. The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Pillows are bit high. We needed lower pillows.

The proximity to the station was one of the key selling points of this hotel. From here, I was able to make the most of my few days travelling to Ōarai. The staff were excellent, and when I informed them I needed one extra night due to me booking for the wrong day checking out, they were quick to prepare a new room for the one night needed.

The only complaint I would give was that new room. It was a room for smokers and boy did it stink of such. Using some spray deodorant and the fan, I was able to mitigate it a little, but if I could offer an idea to the hotel for future customers. Install better ventilation in the smokers rooms, or provide stronger spray or something to counter the smell of tobacco.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the train station has a lot to offer in terms of food and shopping. The hotel staff at the reception were very nice when we and other guests were down there after the earthquake. They offered blankets and I think they would have let us sleep in the lobby if we had chosen to do that. I always like having a kettle and a small refrigerator in the room. The bed was a little softer than the norm which was nice.

It's not their fault that there was a very strong earthquake while we were in our room on the top floor of the hotel. But, I will not want to stay on any of the upper floors of this hotel after experiencing how frightening an earthquake can be. The bed being against the wall made the room seem more spacious but it was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. Pillows were super thin.

The location is near to the station. It is convenient. I got the river view from my window.

Near to Mito station, affordable price, good sound proofing, spacious room, and provide unlimited coffee from coffee machine at the lobby.

The bidet, outdated and hard to use. Sometime it works well and sometime not. Really need to replace with new one.

The bed was comfy, the room clean and all.

I found a freaking udon noodle in the bathroom sink drain. Disgusting.

It's close to the station, easy to find, within walking distance of a good range of shops and restaurants.The lounge near reception is nice to sit and relax in.I liked the eco cleaning option.

My room seemed a little old and worn in places, but basically there was nothing to dislike.

The view to the river and the sun down from the tenth floor was just amazing!

I wished it had an ofuro, but that's it, everything else was great.
