The staff are friendly and nice.

Too far from restaurants and no konbini nearby.The bathroom exhaust fan which is located north of the bathroom door has a manual switch button. I was wondering why it does not work, not knowing you have to switch on the exhaust fan manually. It is so inconvenient and very outdated..

The hotel was very homey and the staff were very accommodating with my questions and requests, especially the parking.

The rooms are just a bit small, I wish they accepted 2 adults with 2 kids in a room with a big bed.

Good location - took a nice walk along the river in the morning. The parking lot had a few surface parking but it was very hard to get. Nice breakfast.

Loved that it had washers and dryers. Loved that it offered breakfast, and price was good.

Bed was uncomfortable, only one pillow per person and it was uncomfortable. It was difficult for a non-Japanese-speaking person to navigate this hotel, especially the breakfast area. All other hotels we stayed at in Japan offered information in English and Japanese.

Breakfast was somewhat limited compared to some other Toyoko inns. A bit of a walk from the station, especially if you have luggage to carry.

Some of the staff were really friendly this trip, especially during the typhoon that hit while I was there. She asked me what brought me to Mito and where I was planning to go, and we talked a little while she worked. I really appreciated the conversation.

It was a little difficult to understand when I wasn’t at the hotel where to put trash and used towels. The first day I stayed in my hotel the first day so I was able to do some of it, but the second day I was outside of the hotel all day and came back to a full trash can, just as I had left it.

Very strange location, business hotel feeling. Cold, mediocre breakfast in the lobby, with people checking in out within arms reach. Bathroom featured a cup and towels, nothing else. This place is cheap for a reason.

Comfortable, clean budget hotel

Safety. There are hotels with tighter security. As a woman traveling by myself, I felt a little uncomfortable knowing the guy riding the same elevator as me could know what floor I’m getting off at and freely go there if he wished. There are other hotels that have keys that only go to their designated floors.

The staff were extremely helpful. They helped me research transport options to Oarai beach. Thanks them, I was able to get there fortime the insunrise

No butter or jam for the bread.Not tourist friendly. They need someone who can speak a little English.Difficult to find the wifi and no instruction was given from the start.Pillow and bed was a bit hard.Food was just enough Small room.

An excellent example of high-quality services. It has clean rooms, everything is functional, and a beautiful river view. I was staying here during the Mito festival, and I was happy I booked my accommodation on the other side of the station, which separated the lively atmosphere of the festival from my resting space.

Breakfast was good, but tables were limited. Luckily, the table in the room was big enough to have my breakfast there, so I have nothing to complain about.

Staff is very kind and the hotel is by the river and close to a park where you can enjoy sakura during a walk.

Economy room is really small, it was hard to open my hard case suitcase. The breakfast was okayish (probably fine for the room price).
