Very close to Hitachi Station.Bed was comfortable.Staff were nice. Easy check in.Everything was perfect.

Even though I said there would be two people the room was only made up for one. When I tried to ask for a second towel they tried to charge me and when I asked for a second pillow they said they were out.

Toilet space and breakfast options. It is called American breakfast but we have seen maximum Japanese menus. Bread options are limited. No milk, fruit, or egg and cornflakes.
