Court Hotel Mito

The staff in the court hotel Mito is very kind and always helpful. In the entire hotel there is a warm and friendly atmosphere. The coffee in the lobby is for free and very good. My favourite Hotel in Mito - mata ikimasu arigato gozaimasu :)

Really great facilities. Free tea and coffee in the foyer. Kettle in the room with tea. Comfy beds. Smart TV so can login to Netflix! Lovely staff.

Hotel common areas are very shabby and old.

We ended up getting single rooms for everyone in our party because the beds were too small for the larger bodies.

Other people have used washing machine and dryer for washing their shoes. Common spaces like corridors and elevators were very old. Common spaces air conditioning or ventilation was missing. Water mixer for shower takes some time to get used how to mix.

The room was clean and comfortable and served us well for our needs. The bed, though narrow and just barely enough room for all of us, was comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough for how small the room was otherwise. The free self-serve coffee service was a huge plus and greatly appreciated, especially given most other hotels no longer offer complimentary coffee with their rooms.

Upon first entering the lobby, we were greeted by a strong musty/artificial fragrance-like odor that permeated through the entire hotel, though it became less noticeable as we got used to it. Our room was clean enough, just some streaks of collected dust on the ceiling from the AC vent and a few scuffs and marks on the walls, but the hallway leading to it had badly scuffed and streaked walls and stained carpets.The room was also very cramped with a tiny bed, much smaller than average, and it was also a bit overpriced for a room of this size. What's more, the water from the faucet would get scalding hot almost instantly, so it took some careful tinkering with the handles to get it to a safe and comfortable temperature.

It's under a ten minute walk from the station and is value for money. Check in and out is prompt, there's a convenience store on the corner, and you can buy drinks and snacks in the lobby. Free coffee is also provided in the lobby.

It's a little dated. The bathroom step is quite high for older people. The pillows could be a bit more comfortable.

It's quite near to the station and they had laundry and dryer machines in the hotel.

But charged extra for usage and detergent. The hotel was generally quite expensive for what it offers, especially considering that everything is quite old.

The location wasn't too far from the station and the staff were very helpful. The room was a decent size, comparable to other business hotel chains.

Very little to complain about, only minor things. The lack of charging ports near the bed was a very very minor inconvenience. And the dryer in the coin laundry was a bit more expensive than similar hotels I've stayed in. But overall definitely worth the price

Clean and cheap for what it is

I was charged extra for another person but only 1,500¥ it was confusing but okay

Rooms were clean and functioning, staff was extremely kind and helpful, solved some issues I had.

Room was very small for me and price was expensive for the time period I stayed for.

The towels for exchange on the second day was not even dried. The bath holder is not stable which makes it hard to enjoy highest water pressure. Customers very loud in the corridor in midnight and nobody stopped them

Convenient location and covered the basics, a bit dated

Weird policies that included those staying longer - the written policy is that no one is allowed to stay in their room from 10am, but It doesn’t state when we can come back. I came back at 1:30pm, but they were still cleaning, so I dropped off the bag I had in my room and quickly left.

no have water, expensive price than service. and rule is strange. car parking also have to pay. i am guest in hotel. i am stay hotel. why i need pay for parking. still i don't know~~

The second time I have stayed here for the MotoGP at Motegi weekend. Prices in Mito spike, therefore my low ‘value’ score.Basic and clean rooms, with blockout window shutters, polite staff, and great location in Mito.Not the finest hotel, but by no means the worst.A pleasant place to sleep!

Some noise in corridors, but not hotel’s fault.
