Pros +
- Breakfast was good
- Great place to stay in Kashima. Already being a repeat customer there.Breakfast was great as usual.
- The parking and room was big. Staff was polite and location was good
Cons -
- I like the facility but wish I could have a hot spring bath as I could found in several hotels nearby
- Not recommended for travelers without a car due to the hotel location.
- The breakfast is quite bad for the price. Only 2-3 option of bread along with scrambled egg and bacon is there. Other dishes are all missing. Giving a plain rice or cornflakes doest add in menu. They should add some side hot dish.

Breakfast was decent. There are many restaurants and convenience stores along the expressway. The room was spacious. Staff was helpful.
The bathtub was old and stained. There’s no public onsen bath. I kept hearing noise from the expressway.
Enough clean towels & clean room, good showers
The matras was a little too hard
The location was great; a good location to access both Kamisu city and Kashima city. The price was very reasonable as well.
The breakfast is not that great.
The breakfast was great. Although there were less variations but it was sufficient enough to fill our stomach. The service and attention to details from the staff was excellent.
During Tokyo Olympics I was there to volunteer and found everything I needed here. Kind staff, good food and service and
Spacious room. Many restaurants nearby.
