- The shower room..The breakfast because I want buffet breakfast.I know because of covid but some hotel in Tsuchiura have buffet breakfast like Bill's In hotel.
- Overall good hotel, but beware that you have to pay around 1600 yens for the use of public bath and swimming-pool, which was closed at the time we traveled anyway.

Location wise - it is not so good compared to price. Staff was also not so nice. Moreover rooms were old and carpets have spot. Not recommended to anyone.
