Pros +
- Room was clean, spacious, and quiet, exceeded our expectations!
- It was a nice location- close to the Hanok village.
- Room space, location snd amenities
Cons -
- Some standard information for foreign tourists in the email sent would be helpful - for instance, how to navigate from the train station to the hotel. Similarly some recommendations about restuarants. It was very wet whilst we were staying - there is no onsite dinner offering, and if you are not a native speaker there is no ready way to order in. The pool was not included in the price of the hotel - this is not really reflected in the high price per night tag. Having stayed all over the world it would be standard to include it. The fee for using the pool was exorbitant $70 AUD, and we weren't allowed to sit on any seats on the pool deck, so it wasn't even a pleasant experience on the pool deck. The room was nice enough, but the floors were very scruffy, and the refreshments were only refreshed fully on the second day, suggesting that the room servicing wasn't done fully.
- No room service
- The gentleman who checked us in didn’t do a good job. I filled out the form and he himself put in the car plate number. When we wanted to leave the parking at 0846, the machine said we had to pay for the parking. We had to go back up to the reception for them to correct. Also he had problems changing dollars to local currency and in the end someone else came over to do it.

Room was very spacious and clean. Back entrance leads directly to the hanok village which is very convenient. Reception staff was pleasant.
The location is amazing. The room was lovely and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff at breakfast were extra nice.

Proximity to the Hanok Village and surrounding areas. Room was very comfortable and had a great view over the village. Gym was will appointed.
Gets very busy for breakfast so get there early, otherwise it's a waiting system.
The hotel was beautiful- very well set up, lovely big room with traditional beds, best location ever with views of the folk village and amazing sunsets from the bar. Staff friendly. Breakfast beautiful!
The swimming pool was closed ?. It was a really hot day in April so I felt they could have opened it! Also I have got used to onsen’s in hotels in Korea/Japan and was surprised they charged for theirs
Great location. Right in the middle of Hanoak Village. Break was okay. Did not use any other facilities. Staff were helpful.
We were booked in a room with futons and not beds. This was not disclosed on the Booking. Com website. Our check in receptionist was kind enough to give us room with beds and waived our upcharge fees. Great service from Jiwon You. I think Booking. com should be more transparent and descriptive on their website regarding the rooms.
Easy accessible to bus terminal and ktx train station .The staff are very friendly and helpful .Room is spacious , clean and comfortable .Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel if ever visit Jeonju .
Location
4 stars hotel with 0 concierge service. I have to carry all luggages myself from taxi to my room while carrying a baby
The location right next to the Hanok Village was amazing. I arrived earlier and could also drop off my luggage - very convenient! The staff was very friendly and nice. The view from my room was amazing - overview of the Hanok Village. Amazing by night as well.
Noisy neighbors, but that wasn‘t the Hotels fault. Also there is a dog right across the street which barked the whole night and you could hear it very well. So soundproofing wasn‘t that great, but acceptable.
Great location overlooking the Hanok Village. Business center, cafe/bookstore/gift shop and restaurant in the hotel, direct access to village, friendly and helpful staff.
It’s a little dated but not to the point it affected the quality of our stay. It was clean, comfortable and convenient.
Located just off the traditional village, excellent locationCovered parking availableGreat breakfast
Increase staff proficiency in English for foreign travellersTranslate all information visible to clients (e.g. in the lobby, in the restaurant, menu, etc...) in English
Fantastic location for Hanok Village. Facilities were fine and the room was very spacious.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, check-in was fast and smooth. The room was very nice, clean throughout and had a beautiful view of the hanok village, amazing at sunset and night! Location is great for sightseeing around Jeonju. At first, I regretted not staying at a local hanok guesthouse, but this hotel was a good and very comfortable alternative overall!
Large rooms overlooking the traditional Hanok houses with plenty of space to open our luggage. Big bathrooms with amenities and separated shower and toilet area to keep the area dry. The lobby was large and connected to the hanok houses through the back door, which made it convenient to explore. The staff was friendly and helped to store luggage when we arrived before check-in time.
Unlike other hotels, there was no place to refill water in the common area.
Huge hotel in front of the historical village of the city. The location is great.
There was no cool air conditioned and they helped me with the “electric system” that you can see in the picture. That’s for a so expensive hotel with 4 stars.
The location is absolutely great. Right beside hanok village. There is a staircase leading to it.. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best to assist us as we do not speak Korean.
The location is spot on, right in the middle of the Hanok Village. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and friendly
Our room's A/C did not work so we had to open the window during the night. Luckily, it was during autumn so it was pretty cool at night
