Staff was very friendly & helpful. Location near the Hanok Village was perfect. Hotel had some parking available & a simple breakfast, which was very convenient. There is a restaurant & cafe in the hotel lobby as well.

Very strong sewage smell in our room in the morning.

Excellent location, very comfortable and clean room. Quiet at night, excellent car parking, we really enjoyed our stay there.

There's this stupid thing in all of Korea where they charge extra for an extra blanket.

If there was butter, there was no knife; if there was bread, then no plate; and coffee without a cup wasn’t much fun either. Feels intentional so that you end up grabbing breakfast at Holy’s right next to the 2-4 items on the buffet. We stayed at the hotel for two days, and it wasn’t better on either day.

Very well located and really lovely and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a little cafe downstairs to get a drink and something to eat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Had a half eaten sandwich sitting in my balcony for over a day.. They don't clean after 1pm...Breakfast is way too early for a holiday.. It's 7-9am only.

Nice hotel in a good location. Next to the Hanok village which has excellent food and shops. Everything is in walking distance. Easy to get to by bus. Very basic free breakfast is available. Staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Hotel is on a busy road so traffic is a bit noisy. Room above us kept moving furniture around all through the night with loud footsteps, no carpet so the sound travels. Shower floor fills up easily and floods the bathroom, seems like there might be a drainage problem.

The hotel was located at the skirts of hanok village. It was quiet and provided access to a lot of restaurants at night. The room was warm as it had heated floors and the staff were very kind and friendly. The free breakfast had minimal options but it was enough. The shower was really nice with it's rain showerhead.The place smelt amazing. Regret not finding out what scent it was.

When we entered the room it was a little unclean. Food from the previous guest was left in the fridge and some hair was visible near the beds. The staff took quick action to apologize and empty the bin. The sliding door to the bathroom was annoying because it was difficult to open from the inside.

Perfect location to visit Jeonju Hanok Village. Just across the bridge. The free breakfast was a great bonus.

A very simple breakfast with cereals, toast and coffee only from 7 - 9 am. At 8:30 am it was finished had to ask foe more stock

The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We are in our 50s. We like clean, affordable hotels with Western accommodations. This hotel met our needs. We would stay here again, and we recommend it, if you want a place to stay close to the tourist area. There is no gym, but plenty of eating options in the neighborhood. Staff was nice, but spoke very little English Breakfast was very simple. There is very little difference between this hotel and the Doan Hotel down the street. Both are similar and comfortable, so just go for the less expensive one.

Spacious room and nice lobby

No daily room cleaning without asking which meant no fresh towels. Very minor, as I was only there for two nights.

The location of the hotel is good. It is in walking distance for the Hanok Village and it is right next to the river. The area was very peaceful even though it was a busy time. There are many restaurants and cafe's nearby. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathtub is a good size.

The bed was large and comfortable. However the bedding was too hot for the summer season. the bathroom floors became quite slippery after showering so it felt a little dangerous at times if you did not pay attention.

Rotten fish smell from restaurant permeated hotel lobby. Hallways leading to rooms are heavily scented with a nauseatingly strong perfume. Bathroom walls are glass which doesn’t allow for much privacy.

Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. I booked the spa room with a huge bubble bathtub on the balcony. A real treat. Staff was very nice and helpful. The place is just a 5 min walk over the bridge from the hanok village.
