- My friend and I stayed here for a few days, and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and I enjoyed using the bathtub to relax at the end of the day.

- The bathroom was both my favorite and least favorite part of the room. The lighted mirror in our room was broken, so the red power light and the frame of the mirror were flashing light constantly, which kept me awake, even with the door and blinds to the bathroom closed.
- Location not great. A big plastic protective sheet in the bed make it kind of uncomfortable. Bidet didn’t work.
- The hotel looked a bit questionable, so can make one feel uncomfortable. The room and bathroom/ bathtub were sort of worn out (compared to nice photos that set higher expectations), and the smell from scent diffuser was too strong. We looked for an alternative accommodation, but there were not many better options available in general.

There was nothing about the property I liked.
The property on booking.com looked good but when we got to the Avenue Hotel it was nothing like what was shown on booking.com or their own website. The walls are not soundproof and we can hear upstairs patrons and next door. The rooms were very small and the corridor smells of cheap perfume.
