Jeonju Signature Hotel

Close to the train station. Easy access to bus stops and taxi. Restaurants are close with many choices.

Location is good, short walk from main station. Room is newly renovated and BF is delicious.

Room size is quite small for 3person

This hotel is convenient and quiet/restful, and offers a very nice breakfast.

Though the room has kitchen facilities, there are no dishes or utensils, not even a spoon.

Clean, comfortable, parking was easy, lots of things around like coffee and restaurants

The room had everything we needed, the lobby was great and coffee always available.

It was wonderful that they offer washing and drying machines; unfortunately they take very long time to wash and dryitit the cloth; it would be wonderful if they were to have better machines since it took over two hours to wash the cloth and about other 1:30 to dray it.

I loved the proximity to the train station, which is literally across the street. It is very well connected to the rest of the town.

Comfort with the beds could be improved. They were too hard.

The hotel was a clean with very friendly staff.

Great location close to the railway station. The bed is comfortable although it is 2 large singles pushed together.

The air-con was sporadic turning on and off blowing cold air when on, made for an uncomfortable night. The television remote was not working properly and eventually sorted (but not promptly) by staff. There is a washing machine without dryer function and nowhere to hang out the washing. There is an LG dryer cupboard that can take four hangers and takes around one hour to dry. You are only given one key and as you need to put the key in the slot to turn on electricity you cannot go out and leave the wash on. Reception can print a second key under threat if you lose it there is a fine. Although there are cooking facilities there are no implements pots, pans etc to cook with.

The hotel is in a great location right on Jeonju station, and by a bus that took us very quickly to the Hanok village.The room was clean and spacious.

The washing machine and clothes dryer/refresher cupboard were a great addition to the room washing liquid is available from the shop on the ground level.Room is comfortable and loved the inside table area.

Good location, close to train station, lots of places to eat and good transport options.Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast (extra cost but definitely worth it!)

The view from the room was very nice. The quiet and cleanliness was most appreciated.

The hotel is right next to the train station and there are good bus connections to town. Ask for information at the tourist desk inside the train station. The views from the 16th floor were tremendous. The room had a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Staff helped us operate both. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the window alcove.

On both days, the room staff was not able to match the number of towels to the number of guests in the room. We had to go to reception to ask for a second big towel.

The room was very spacious with lots of brand new amenities and the shower was fabulous. The hotel was also very easy to find from the train station (you could literally see it as the train pulled in) with a bus stop outside to take you into the main attractions of Jeonju.

Felt very much like a business hotel - not too personable and didnt have much to recommend for tourists.
