The hotel room exceeded expectations. The facilities were all clean and new. The breakfast was amazing and it was very short walk from the nearest bus stop

Really spacious room, everything perfectly clean, very nice staff.

It’s not close to the hanok village or bus/train, but you can easily take a bus.

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. Serving breakfast in the room can actually be more convenient.

Although breakfast is available there is no dedicated breakfast area, it should be served in the room.

The room was very spacious. Floors were heated. The TV has log in for you to be able to use Apple TV and Disney+ without using yours but getting to the YouTube app was as easy to get to. There was plenty of water bottles at the front for you to be able to grab at anytime. They had this machine for your clothes that can disinfect and do much more really cool. Felt super safe at any point in the day. McDonalds and Starbucks is less than a 5 min walk and a convenient store around the corner. Breakfast had a decent verities it is a more western style breakfast. The entire hotel smelled amazing. There is an all you can eat KBBQ very friendly and it was about 19,000 won per person very affordable. I went two times within a week.

The body soap, conditioner were in packages rather than bottles. The Wifi kept giving me issues. There is no space downstairs to eat the complimentary breakfast so you would need to take it to your room. The area outside the hotel is not the cleanest so is not super family oriented. No nearby trains so you must take a local bus.

The Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Lovely clean rooms and plenty amenities. Breakfast choice of coffee, toast, eggs, jam, tomato, banana, instant noodles and rice cake snack daily was a lovely start to the day. Would definitely visit again.

The hand basin wasn't in the bathroom, which was a bit strange.

The room was very clean and smart (techy), that was very cool!And the staff was super kind!

The bed wasn't that comfortable, it was OK. The location is nice, there are a few restaurants nearby but if you want to visit the Hanok village you'll probably need a bus or a car.

Modern and cozy, has styler in room as well so it’s very useful.

There’s a big cockroach in the room, but it doesn’t look dirty so I think the hotel did not get pest control.

Breakfast.

Room was a decent size and full of gadgets, although sometimes this over-complicated things.

There were quite a few little niggly things that annoyed me about this place:All the lights on a central panel, on the opposite wall to the bed.Bath towels about the size of face cloths.Breakfast served in reception and then taken to your room.Little to no English spoken by staff.Location miles from anywhere of any interest.Wet room that remained wet for ages as drain was partially blocked.Being offered early check-in 2 hours before official check-in time for almost 50% of room rate - we politely declined the offer.Other than that....

Clean rooms, well-priced, everything seems new.

Technologic room :) You have like a like fridge for your clothes (apparently it helps to remove the dust or something like that.. or maybe it's a steam-iron-machine.. didn't tried it to be honest :))) PC-gamers (unfortunatly it was only one and not two as it is on the pictures on booking.com.. but anyway it was just for my nephew, I don't play computer games anymore :)). It's so technologic that at first we couldn't figure out how to switch on the A/C.. in fact it was with the TV-remote that you can also command the A/C :))

Receptionist doesn't speak english (so you speak to him only via the Papago app on your smartphone) and breakfast is a big joke.. it's from 7 to 9am at the reception, you need to take a tray, take your coffee, some cereal, yogurt and some slice of bread+industrial jam and go eat in your room! So you better go to the StarBucks close by...

the bed was extremely comfortable. also around the hotel there are lots of restaurants. the personal was super friendly and we could enter our rooms earlier than expected. my partner was sick and it was great that this was possible.

the breakfast could be better.

Comfortable bed & bedding. Good hot & cold water as well as good water pressure for the shower.

Most taxi drivers were puzzled as how to get to the hotel. We would show the taxi drivers the Labe business card to show the address. please enlarge the font size so taxi drivers can read it more easily.
