- I was here for business and could not get a wifi service in my room the whole time. 1 whole day of no hot water to take a shower and being charged for $120 extra person charge but it should have been included as I booked 4 people
- Music by Pool on at 6:30 am
- Some of staff could of been more knowledgeable & helpful. Also do better on getting guests a reasonable shuttle to airport.

Room location
