- I like the views from our room balcony and the location of the hotel.
- Beautiful beach location. Amazing views.
- Daniel was only nice person in the reception.Cleaners were nice but couldn’t speak English.Family friendly
Cons -
- The music by the pool was extremely loud. The pool also closed too early. Upon our arrival, one of the lamps by the nightstand was broken. I had to call reception to get it fixed. They did it promptly. Moreover, per Booking information, the room included a safe; however, this safe did not work, and when I called reception to get it fixed, they told me that the hotel charged to use the safe.
- The AC barely worked, the buffet was expensive and the service wasn’t great.
- Most of reception staff were impolite and very entitled. Food quality was low. Not a lot of fruit choices. Nothing was authentic Spanish. There were long lines during dinner time. Alcohol quality was low.The phone in my room was broken and when I raised it to the reception personal they said you should come done and let us know. No apologies. No solution. Elevators were always busy and long waits for them too.Too crowded. My room was very noisy too. Everything was in Spanish

view and balcony was nice
felt like a 'cruise ship' experience...on land.the buffet for breakfast was very busy, just too many people!
Location and cleanliness
Entertainment was catered for the elderly so not good for families or children
Plenty of loungers at pool and beach. Clean. Reception staff good.
No facility to buy snacks or lunch apart from vending machine. Not much choice of decent restaurants locally.Hotel Restaurant for breakfast very noisy like canteen. Breakfast quality poor.
Great breakfast buffe. Plenty of different type of food options, fruites, vegetables and juce coffee/tea ??
Room excellent great views really clean..beach lovey couldnt fault any of this...
We were only there for 4 days beach bar closed on Easter Sunday and Monday not good. Breakfast is a nightmare total chaos... there should be allocated times or suggested times...to alleviate the pressure and stress for the client and staff I found the salad bars amazing great bread... lack of choice of fish I live in Spain and no prawns on offer... too much pork not enough chicken .... no seasoning on anything really bland... maybe rethink your chefs.. why don't you have a grill near the beach area burgers chicken hotdogs with real sausage sandwiches takes pressure of the canteen at lunch time
The room was very good and the hotel was overall very good
The only food you could get was in the restaurant, there were no snacks available and one other point, parking was 10€ a day which is very bad.
Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and nice and fresh. Room was a great size, with a large terrace and view of the Mar Menor. We chose to have the evening meal on one night and it was very good.
There was an annoying vibrating noise, thru the night, in the air vent. Even tho the A/C was not in use.
We arrived at the same time with a large group and between 1 pm and 8 pm we tried several times to check in but gave up due to large queues. In the end we checked in at 8 pm.The furniture and overall aspect of the room is very outdated.
The staff were very welcoming and had good English. The food was very good and a great selection. The beds were very comfortable. The outside seating area was fabulous. The only thing is there wasn't anything to do outside of the hotel
Only view is good
Super bad rooms, bad beds, no accessories in room. Uncomfortable bed.
The hotel had everything you needed small gift shop evening entertainment Choice of bars
Very difficult to have our dog friendly room confirmed
The hotel is in a great location with a beach (the Mar Menor) at the back of the hotel and the Mediterranean Sea across the road to the front of the hotel so you get both the sunrise and sunset which is absolutely stunning. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful with whatever you need. The facilities are great with entertainment activities and games, even in the off-season. The food is delicious and full of flavour with plenty of choice and differentiation every day. The meats and fish are cooked fresh at the live cooking stations and are great quality meat and fish. This is not the place for you if you like chips and burgers. There was an older crowd when we visited but we didn't mind, everyone was friendly and relaxed. This is a place to visit if you want to relax and have some family time in a great location with a good, clean beach, pool and the option for activities if you want them. The beds are comfy, and the room was just the right size for us. We were on the 7th floor facing the front of the hotel with a view of the beach and Mediterranean sea.
1. Communication between staff could have been improved a little. We were half-board, and they ran out of wristbands, so we were given gold tickets. However, the staff in the restaurant were not updated on the wrist band issue so kept taking the tickets away from us or stopping us from entering the restaurant until they could speak to reception to confirm we were half-board. It's not a major issue, but when you go down for dinner or breakfast, it is busy and can be a bit annoying to have to wait around because someone was not told or updated on the temporary process. 2. The walls are a little thin, I could hear someone next door snoring at night, not loudly but just faintly enough to be noticeable. However, I think this is just how the hotel is built as we could also hear the cars on the road driving past at night, even with the balcony doors closed. I'm not sure if this is to do with the fact that it is facing the wind of both sides, so it needs less rigidity in order to stand up to the wind. On the plus side, we could also hear the waves from the ocean, which was nice.
Hotel look nice and was on the beach.
All hot food was cold, duty manager was rude and seemed to only want to cater for Spanish guests.
The view was great as in description and pictures. Breakfast was also ok: variety to choose from. Friendly staff.
Beds mostly. Two separate beds joined together and one had wheels so it was moving sideways. Also the mattress was worn out with curves. Super soft. And the cushions had terrible smell of sweat... ?The room had weird smell too, wouldn't like to repeat the experience even for the great view.
Hotel staff didn’t want to help with issues like no A/C, told to come back in peak summer it better then.
Staff not friendly.
The staff were the best we have ever had in a hotel
All the hot food was Luke warm at best, then you put it onto a cold plat, as for choice it was really good.
The bed was comfortable and the view was quite nice
I found the place poorly maintained my partner and I stayed on the 10th floor as an upgrade but the first time we went up in the lift it would only go to the ninth floor and as we was very tired and just wanted to sleep we didn't wait for the other lifts we use the stairs for the last floor! The railing for our balcony didn't give me any reassurance it was strong enough, the room although average in cleanliness poorly maintained, the kettle wouldn't work with the socket that was supplied so I had to use the socket at the side of my bed to boil the kettle.I paid an upgrade fee to make it all inclusive and was told at the reception that it covered drinks in all the bars, but this was not the case as I found out when I got charged for my drinks before leaving the bar. And was rudely told by what I can only assume is part of the management that I wasn't allowed to fill my water bottle with cold water and I should only get water from their vending machine which wouldn't take my card.Upon arrival at parked in the car park behind the building the next day I went out for a few hours when I came back I couldn't get back into the car park so I went to the reception and asked why I couldn't get in they informed me I must pay 10 Euros per day to park in their car park. So I probably wouldn't go back there again as they try to squeeze every bit of money out of you that they can.
