Neat Hotel Avenida

Courteous Staff price of breakfast (12€) was fair. However food could have been fresher and hotel should offer coffee daily for a small fee I appreciated the assistance from desk staff of transportation to a wedding venue by taxi service

Shower soap was empty on 3rd day which means it had hardly anything in it … coffee pot needed instructions

The great location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was within walking distance and the airport is only 10 mins away. The marina is just down the street with late night food trucks and supermarkets and currency exchange too.

The location was excellent. The woman at the desk, I cannot remember her name but I believe it began with an A, was wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I slept great.

I had an early flight and was unable to sleep. All of the rooms around my room were filled with teenagers and the were slamming doors congregating in the halls outside my room screaming. I called the front desk and it continued.

Excelente location, taxis all the time available, staff very nice and helpful, the only thing is that you can hear every from another rooms and there is not shampoo or any kind of kit I the hotel room.

Location, staff, taxi out available, and very good cafeteria cross the street . For us wasn’t worth to pay the 12.50 euros for breakfast when you can get it for 3 euros cross the street. Knowing all this we are willing to book it again for three days.

Great modern hotel in the heart of downtown. Close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable stay. Spacious room and nice staff.

For the money, it would have been better if it had free breakfast and coffee. There was limited free parking about 7 min walk away.

Located in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Short walk to restaurants/bar, cafés, malls and gift shops, street food and night entertainment. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Was a bit disappointed the hotel does not supply guests with toiletries . Since this was the last stop from a three week vacation I left my shampoo and shower gel behind at another hotel I had to stop at a store to buy it. Breakfast was not included in the price and is too expensive for a continental breakfast.

Mentioned parking is 7min walk and if you are coming late (after 2100) both free parking might be full

The beds were a bit harder than my liking but it worked out either way.

The location was great. It had very good air conditioning. Some staff were nice, some staff were not.

The lobby is okay but the hallways and rooms are in need of an upgrade.

Ponta Delgado has a problem concerning noisy drunks who yell all night on rua de Mercadores.Close the window if you face that street.Hot water was sketchy on the 4th floor for 2 days

We loved the location of Neat Hotel, the breakfast was great and the staff exceptional.

The lighting in the room was poor and the bed was hard as a rock. Also, the soaps/lotions are poor quality or non-existent.

Good hotel, a bit overpriced like most in Azores (supply vs demand). Nice clean room, all satisfactory.

We had an early departure to catch a flight and organised a taxi, but in the morning they'd forgotten to do it and no taxi could come for 20 minutes so we had to try our luck in the street. A bit nervewracking.

The hotel was well situated. Check in staff excellent

.It felt like the windows were open it was so noisy with the street and you could hear every word people were saying on the street even though we were on the fifth floor. The rooms were ok but very tired and a bit grubby but the price was excellent

Love the location, size of rooms was great.

Would like sports channels in rooms, ice machine and a small fridge will be great.

Functioning AC, comfortable beds, ok bathroom, pleasant staff, good location. Positively surprised, I would stay again, it's the typical good quality 3 star hotel.
