How hard they worked to make it right for me

AC stronger in a 4 star or its a 3 star....but it was sufficient

We enjoyed the amenities d the views. The service was friendly and prompt.

We requested a queen bed and were given twin beds.

Would like to have line in bathroom to hang wet clothes. Fitness centre should be open later, no need to close at 10

$, they did provide water and there was a mini bar in room

I could find no outlets to charge or power anything. I found one outlet in the bathroom. My universal adaptor could not be used. I found this very strange and was happy I charged my phone at the airport. I made it work but this was a first. I was staying over only to wait for a flight.

Location

Stingy attitude, we stayed 5 nights, coffee capsules were given only on the first night. The following nights they charged 1.3 euro, disrespectful ti say the least

Location was very convenient. Hotel is spacious with a luxurious feel. Room was spacious, VERY clean and bed super comfortable.

Parking is not included so either be prepared to pay (not super expensive but there is a cost), or be patient looking for local parking by/near hotel.

We didn't book with breakfast included but ended up paying extra for it. Breakfast was really good and worth the price. Great variety and everything was fresh.The room was very comfortable and good size. It has a closet in it and an area to put our carry-ons.

The AC in the room wasn't working. Good thing it wasn't super hot during our stay, but that might be a problem during peak summer. The garage was very tight and the ramp to exit was steep and I couldn't really see the pedestrians.

Air Conditioning did not adequately cool the room.

The breakfast is completely and huge but the products are moderate. The price is 14€ per person per day. If you want, there's a Pingo Doce nearest to the hotel.

Location, staff, cleanliness are exceptional. I also appreciate the sauna area. The tea kettle was useful. Our room had a view of the ocean, mountain an city. Our room is in front of the street with the round about. We didnt here any traffic noise. I am happy with our stay.

It would have been perfect if parking and sauna were included in amenities.

Bathroom door didn't close properly

Nice staff. They were nice enough to tell me I could park for free on the street, which was easy to find, instead of paying hotel fee.

Option for small breakfast instead of large buffet. Option of dinner menu rather than all you can eat buffet. Pool open later hours.

I wish I knew the breakfast was not free. Some of the equipment in the fitness center was broken, potentially unsafe.

I like the SPA. This is not the first time. But it needs some TLC.

The SPA needs some important. It should have a toilet in the SPA. The sower is in need of attention. The jacuzzi and hamma should be warmer. And the lighting of the facility should be lower and reduce the brightness, it is too bright. And some music would be nice too.

Breakfast room was too small and noisy. Some lifts were not working.

The breakfast was great in terms of variety! I’m glad they accommodated for people with allergies. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

I’d prefer if the vegetarian/vegan options were separated from the other options. The mushrooms and eggs were a little bland. I was hoping there were things like a kettle or an iron in the room but unfortunately not.
