Location was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and rooftop areas are very nice.

If you are on a lower floor it is extremely loud as the hotel is on a very busy street so you are not able to utilize the balcony. We wanted to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view but it was too loud for us.

The whole experience was great, from free snacks while you check in to a great complimentary breakfast where the eggs are made to order. The staff was extremely friendly as well, the room had a great view, and it was a quick walk to the downtown areas. I would highly recommend!

Loved the location, the view, staff, food, view and much more.

The price for Christmas dinner was really expensive and for that price I thought a live band would be there, Christmas tree where we are eating. Was expecting it to be more festive and not just dinner. Our room walls were damaged in one spot and could have used some refinishing with paint.

Breakfast was amazing! Tremendous variety of fruits, breads, local delicacies, lox, pastries, and champagne! The omelettes were so good too! The roof top bar has a great view of the bay.

Not all sea view rooms have balconies. And the parking fee is high at $15 per night. But you won’t find street parking nearby.

Perfect, almost. Well organized and the rooms are clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ask them for restaurant recommendations, they know the area.

The prices in the bar and restaurant are a lot higher than out about town, the menu is not extensive.

Beautiful building. Beautiful rooms. Simple, modern, wood floors. Large bathroom. Excellent mattress and extra pillows, which I love. Breakfast is excellent! One of best buffets I’ve had anywhere in world.

We were on 3rd floor and could hear some people making noise late at night.

This hotel has the best breakfast and the staff are all trulySpectacular. The hotel manager and his team made our stay truly special. After finding out it was our wedding he went above and beyond by allowing us all over the hotel for photography, special items in our room, and just made us feel like special people throughout our stay. Everyone you speak to is kind and helpful and love hearing about your experience. Will always come back to Octant PDL!

The room was fantastic. So was the location and staff.

We were a little confused about the parking / valet when we arrived. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic!

Staff was helpful and friendly at check in. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Great spa staff and experience. Parking attendants were very quick in getting our car.

They did seem a bit bothered by us asking for more water during our stay.

The personal was very friendly. The hotel is very modern , clean . Breakfast was excellent. The view from the balcony is amazing . We enjoyed also relaxing on the rooftop bar and pool.

included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I love that the room had a separate area for the sink, shower and toilet. That makes getting dressed in the morning so much easier. The staff were exceptional. They helped us plan our day and made suggestions for what to do. They offered tips for things to avoid and made us meal and activity reservations.

As a person with mobility issues, the proximity to shops and restaurants wasn't great. I'm sure lots of people who have no trouble walking would be fine with it, but for me it was a negative.

Sizeable rooms with great views, modern updates, and comfy pillows. The service was excellent, breakfast outstanding, and the spa is quite nice. The restaurant is very good for dinner. Close to everything.

Beds are a tad firm.

Parking is 15 EUR / night and other alternatives are pretty scarce.
