Fantastic location with great restaurants and bars close by. We enjoyed the breakfast on site each day, as well as the parking. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Parking underground might be tricky with an unfamiliar rental car

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were helpful with ordering a taxi to the airport and various requests I had. The food during breakfast was very good and fresh fruit was appreciated. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Walls are thin so you can hear conversations in other rooms.

So close to center and great restaurant attached. Staff were super helpful and nice.

Bathroom needs updating, the hotel in general has seen better days, but it was good and would stay there again for a night or two.

I stay here every time I’m in Ponta Delgada. It’s comfortable, clean, quiet, and within walking distance to all things.

One complaint: The restaurant needs to get rid of that automatic coffee machine. Nobody wants to wait in line for coffee.

Excellent hotel with good central location on narrow cobblestone street. Close to restaurants and a Spar food market . Very good breakfast. Loved those Grandma's bread rolls. Hotel was able to book me on a couple of day tours with pickup at the hotel. I appreciated the full book shelf in the lounge.

It was the exact same breakfast every day which got a bit boring by day 10.

Very comfortable hotel, large rooms and breakfast included. Very central. Recommend.

Service was excellent. Staff were very helpful in planning our days. Breakfasts were delicious. Seating area was convenient and comfortable for our large group.

The hotel is beautiful with enchanting interiors, that elegantly complement the building's historical fabric. The rooms are very comfortable, and have magnificent high ceilings. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre, and the staff are very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

The location, staff and breakfast were wonderful. Located downtown near all the restaurants and pier, the breakfast had a good selection and the staff were helpful. If you rent a car just be aware that street parking is a bit of a headache but there are free lots you can park in!

The room itself wasn’t great, our room smelt so bad it gave me a headache. I don’t know what the smell was maybe it was in the carpets? Because airing out the room with the window open didn’t help.

Breakfast all 6 days same! should change something. Music was also every morning same songs but never mind it was good music :)

The atmosphere of the Hotel is super cute, loved the styling - kept it simple and cosy, yet elegant. The location is prime, walkable to all sites and the breakfast was more than great.

Challenging street for a big rented car. Paid parking away from the hotel. Bath facilities could have been maintained better and water stream should be improved

Terrific location, helpful staff, and very clean. The windows were quite soundproof - no noise from outside. Breakfast was great! Lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk.

The beds were slightly too firm for my liking.

The staff were always there to help with anything and everything Big shout out to all staff for directing and guiding vehicle drivers into their basement parking. Restaurant was awesome and breakfasts were really really good.Would go back anytime and stay again.

Nothing negative to say at all….. if you drive you need to be a confident and skilled driver lol.

Beautiful old building centrally located with a refreshing pool.

Bathtub hard to get into. No mirror or coffee machine in the room.

The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a nice breakfast, the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, and the hotel is located in the heart of Ponta Delgada's city center.

The beds are quite firm and the pillows not very nice.
